Located off busy lawrenceville highway. Customer service is good. Employees are bi lingual. Plenty of parking. Curbside pickup available. Delivery services will have to go inside to pick up. Dine in or takeout. Bar available. Can bring families or have date night here. Known for their Spanish food.
From the moment we entered this evening Marco greeted us and was extremely accommodating. Little did we know we would have the honor of having his twin Gustavo as our server. Gustavo was extremely attentive. As we have three children finding a place that a server and the space can accommodate children agavero does a wonderful job on all fronts. Gustavo made sure to check innocent to see if we needed anything and of course the children needed things. Thank you Agavero for having servers like Gustavo and employees like Marco. The food was exactly what we ordered and came out promptly. If you are looking for consistency Agavero can offer that. From the family feel to the hospitality it has kept its small town charm even as it’s grown. I would recommend giving them a shot and if you are lucky enough to see Marco or Gustavo you will be very well taken care of.

This is an average Mexican restaurant. The atmosphere is nice, and the food is what you would expect at most other Mexican restaurants. The service is generally good, however, there are times when the service could be improved. The waiter’s could be more friendly in some instances, but overall we usually leave satisfied. The prices are high for what you get, but that is the case across pretty much all restaurants right now. Expect to have to wait to be seated during peak times in the evenings, and especially on Friday and Saturday night. It’s definitely worth it to try this restaurant if you haven’t been.
This place was cool. They have inside and outside seating which is nice. The margaritas were decent and there’s a good amount of options for them. My California burrito was good but my husband said his tacos were just okay. Overall it was nice but not sure if we would be back.
I really like this place and how they decorated for the season. The service was great and everyone was so nice. Very good drinks and the food came out HOT & FAST. 8.5 OUT OF 10 WILL COME AGAIN,
#vegetarian. Nice place to eat Mexican food! The chips are thin and crispy! The salsa has a spicy kick! Thursdays are Mariachi Band night, and they play a variety of tunes and take requests. My husband had the chimichanga & said it was good. I asked for the Vegetarian Fajita without a lot of onions. It was OK, had a ton of diced and sliced tomatoes in it. I wouldn't order it again.
The restaurant is decorated in a Mexican theme. There is a bar area, and throughout the restaurant, there are TVs usually set to sports. Birthdays are an extra special occasion with masked singers coming out to help guests celebrate. They have a wide selection of dishes from meat to vegetarian. The only problem we had was, we had keep going to find our waitress (although there were tons of waitstaff standing around).
Coming from Texas, I would say that the bar is VERY HIGH for Mexican food. The food here is enjoyable but mediocre. I had the parrillada, and it was OK. Wish the salsa was better. My kids had the red enchiladas, and I wish I would have ordered that instead. The rice and beans were really good. As for service it was exemplary, I was very content with the attention we had from our servers. They were all accommodating, attentive, and very polite. The manager was a very sweet and caring gentleman. A plus is for your birthday they sing and gift you a tequila shot or cake! I would go again it's definitely a HOT spot for drinking????
Great food, drinks and service. Evelyn, our server was excellent. We webmnt for lunch on my birthday. We will be returning!
