Great local brewery and tap room in the centre of Louisville offering solid variety of beers with cheeky names (A Beer, Citra Ass Down etc) and decent beer food. Reuben was fantastic, however bacon bites had so much unrealized potential.
Awesome spot at the Louisville Slugger Field. The Hot Dog was awesome and the beer was really good. Another great example of how freshness impacts craft breweries more than a lot of other packaged products. I am not a frequent buyer of Against the Grain as a packaged product, but I would drink this beer anytime on draft, especially at the brewery or pub! Great work!
Such an awesome place that is perfectly situated beside the ball field so if you happen to get there early, you have access to a very nice, relaxed dining experience. I was surprised it allowed children because from the outside it looks like it's a bar but happy surprise, it's family friendly! They had a kids menu easy to choose from my little and an adult menu mommy was pleased with. The Bartender was NOT messing around when I ordered my drinks, after only 2 I wobbled out of there, warm and primed for a wonderful game ahead!
Visited with my wife and son. Great location by the ball field. Kid friendly. Not a ton of vegetarian options, but enough to satisfy. Great burgers amd tots. Beers were high quality. Would definitely go back. Really nice staff too. Also I wish I could give extra points for the fact that they had a smoked beer.
Got here before it was due to close. I was given the watermelon beer golden ale! Great choice recommendation and very good beer. Staff are friendly even though we arrived just a few mins before closing.
We had an amazing visit to this brewery in Louisville, Zack was the best host and so friendly and informative on all the beer they had, the food was so good as well, atmosphere is fun and inviting. We will definitely make our way back here. Zack, you were amazing, thank you.
We popped in on a Tuesday afternoon after walking around downtown and order some Thai chili and buffalo wings as well as fries. Everything was phenomenal and that’s not an exaggeration. These were probably hands down the best wings I’ve ever had anywhere. I’d definitely recommend this place to check out. It’s got a good vibe, super friendly staff, and great beer/food.
Loved our visit here! Atmosphere and background music was great and the staff was super friendly and our order came out really quickly. Their beers are all brewed in house and my husband enjoyed the one he tried!
Ordered a couple appetizers and the pulled pork sandwich (all delicious!) Will definitely be back!
