We came here on a girls trip to celebrate Mr cousins birthday. We had a great time. The tea, salad, sandwiches and desserts were good. They portions are small (it is a tea party) I think the salad plate could be bigger (it was so delicious - I wanted more)
The space is small but they make it work. It was decorated nicely and you truly felt like you were at a tea party in the UK haha (one can dream). The employee working there was super attentive and sweet. Wish I remembered her name! It was a sweet experience!
Parisian tea room is the perfect place for a cute or romantic outing. The ambiance gives beauty & elegance from the table setting to the vintage style tea party decor. The service was lovely. The server was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful with the menu when needed. At no point did feel neglected nor rushed. All in all it was amazing. If you are looking for a lovely experience, I definitely recommend Parisian’s tea room.
My mom & I chose the Parisian Tea Room because the menu was less traditionally "tea-y" (I don't like mayonnaise or salmon or egg salad, unfortunately). We loved the hot tea itself (La Vie En Rose); I also ordered iced tea & it was delicious & beautiful, though small. Salad was good, but I wish it had a little something extra (not sure what). Pistachio cake was *slightly* dry but still yummy. Great little creme brûlée. Also, best macaron I've ever had. Overall, a good experience for the price.
Absolutely LOVED the Parisian tea room! Got the LA VIE EN ROSE tea croissant with jam and my husband got the Tropical Garden with the mini pancakes. When I tell you this was some of the best tea I’ve ever had I’m not lying!
Not only was the drinks and food amazing but the staff was impeccable!
My husband, daughter and I came here during our first trip to New York. We really enjoyed the entire experience. The tea, setting and food were all excellent. We would definitely return.
They did a great interior. Very beautiful but server is not nice and owner is the worst. Every menu is VERY over priced.
That could be better. It’s all ready for interior & design. Very pretty. However, the bread wasn't great at all. I expected something different level of Parisian style bakery. But it was not:/
Owner reply was sucks. Whatever. Good luck.
Reply for Owner -
and I picked up the latte and Madeline.
If you think ppl not a customer who only buys one croissant, there’s nothing, then I can’t say anything to you. Honestly, your server wasn’t very friendly and it wasn’t nice.
Other than your store, there are a tons of places in Manhattan that sell incredibly delicious croissants w/ excellent service. Look at your price, taste honestly and your reply.
And go to right next shop ask your self.
Your shop is not much worthy to use money. Service, taste, price and your reply.
None of worthy.
Even after hearing this, no one wouldn’t go to your store and eat croissants and spend money. If you think it's funny to sell only one croissant, ask yourself if you're serious about your business. Good luck~
Pros: croissants sandwiches are the best I tried in my life, I can’t even explain how good they were (chicken salad and egg salad).
Cons: This place is so tiny, and when I say tiny, I mean it can only fit 10-12 people in total. The tables are so tiny that they could not fit our plates. The portions are insanely small compared to the price. And last but not least, the prices are really insane. We did the classic tea for two and each one of us paid $90 (with 15% tip). To add to that, there was only one waitress for the whole place and service was somewhat slow and she was a little rude (she literally stood in front of me waiting for me to write down the tip and didn’t leave the table side). In conclusion, I highly would not recommend you come to this place, it’s tiny, and extremely expensive compared to below average experience you get and the tiny portion of food they give you. DON’T GO HERE, this place is the true meaning of FRAUD.
This afternoon tea was the most disappointing “upscale dining” experience in many years. Our party of 6 was crammed into 2 combined tables that would comfortably seat 4. The midday sun was so strong that 2 of us were literally sweating. Our server would not remedy the cramped seating or draw the curtain to keep out the sun. Food was mediocre at best and skimpy, especially for our guest with the gluten allergy. I called in advance to make sure they could accommodate gluten free and was told he’d get a gluten free waffle. Nope. To add insult to injury, a mandatory 20% gratuity was added to our bill. Save your money. NYC offers better places at this price point.
