I love this place!! The ladies are so friendly and down to earth!! Not to mention amazing job with braids!! My first time getting knotless braids June 2, and today i came back for a touch up!! When i tell you it really didn’t need it I mean it!! It still look good!! So today i brought my daughter with me and my other daughter will be coming next week!! Hands down the best in North Carolina!!! Check them out!! You won’t regret it❤️❤️❤️

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! I went to get my hair done. There was NO braider on site. The lady there had to call someone to come to braid my hair. While on the phone she stated that the style I wanted took too long and she didn’t want to do it. However, she asked me to look at website and she would be there in 20 minutes (she arrived 30 minutes later). Upon arriving she called again to say she was on her way. When she arrived I showed her what I wanted and again she said that style took too long and showed me another style that would take her less than an hour to do for $20 less or I could come back the next day. This place used to be a nice place to go get your hair braided as I have been here many years ago. I now see why I haven’t gone back and definitely explains why the place was empty. I normally read the reviews and take heed to them but I definitely know where not to go anymore!!!
TERRIBLE!!!! paid $200 dollars for box braids. Literally sat there ALL day from 9:30-4:30. EXTREMELY SLOW braider. THEN ONCE DONE, notice my braids were unraveling because she did NOT tie my ends before dipping it in water. Called them back and they were NOT helpful. Only tried to assure me my braids would not come undone EVEN after i told her they were already coming undone!!! Instead of saying come back Now so that we can exit to your liking especially being that I paid $200 for this mess. She tells me to come back in two days and if it is undone they will fix it. This was my first time going to the shop and I last! I generally go to a different shop where they has amazing service and do a wonderful job however because of time constraints today I just went to try this shop. Boy was that a mistake! Never again! I you you will shop was amazing as always because they fix my hair for me the same day thank you, Mama’s African Hair Braiding For fixing the disaster upgrade that I got from the Shop CapitL Boulevard
