terrible experience from start to finish when i walked in was not greeted actually was insulted with is your hair long enough my hair is 5” long more than able to braid just got braided when she got me in the chair she roughly blew dried my hair no exact direction to heat serum wanted me to not be on my phone clearly but wouldn’t say that bc she keep asking me to look up but didn’t adjust my head at all finally when i asked she snapped at me like i was a dog and was like do you want braids or not i replied yes but im not going to get off my phone if it’s not causing a interruption in you doing my hair and she told me to leave which i did when i looked at what she did as you can see for the 20 mins i sat there she played in my hair i WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE
10/10 service i called early and was serviced same day,everything was quick,hair was provided only had to come washed and blowdried she did exactly what i asked for (shmedium senegalese with box parts waist length) all for a reasonable price(250). My hair is not too tight i was able to comfortably style it and sleep tht night. She left my edges out like i asked and used good hair products so its truly a protective style. will be returning!!

Ok. These women are fantastic Maty and her size worked as a team to get my hair done in less than 3hours. I love my knotless braids. Thanks for your customer service the experience was fantastic.

Been going here for 10 years. The women are always nice and do a great job on my hair. I always get lots of compliments!
Amazing!! Requested medium knotless with the length to my lower back, it was $250. Each braid is the same size, the parting matches the braid size, and my scalp does not hurt. Two people worked on my head however one person did the parting and started the braid, the other finished it. This only took 4.5 hours.
To top it off it they didn’t have a super long list of requirements just to braid my hair. I just showed up with clean, blown out hair.
I don’t know what these other bad reviews are about but these are traditional, polite, African business women.

Sweet, sweet ladies here! Senegal women???? These ladies are polite and FAST. They work together to get the job done and most importantly they DONT SNATCH UR EDGES???? I will be returning.
