I’ve been coming to this store since 2018 and honestly i regret when i do my hair at a different store. Usually i only do another when im out of state but that means they do better job nationwide. If you in town and need your hair to be styled this your spot, I’ve seen celebrities or models sometimes there too and that made me trust the place

The pic speaks for itself. This is what I got after 11 hours in the chair. I stated several times there was a problem and the girl kept blaming me for the style I picked. I went here a year ago and go through same style without issue and within 3 hours. Not one other braider in the shop came to help out. The braider kept trying to fix it and in the end by the time I got home this pic is what my braids look like all over. I requested a refund and was refused though offered to come back and have them redo them. As I am leaving the country and live almost hour away this was not possible and I basically have to just take this is out and figure my hair out for the trip. I explained this to shop manager still no refund, wished me safe travel, though.
I should have walked out without paying, no refund policy seems to equal being able to work with them or SOL. 11 hours in the chair cost me my whole day, braids so bad I couldn’t even attend the event I was suppose to, even late since braids are unraveling. I’m sad that I had to right this review it’s not my thing, but really nobody should spend $330 on their hair and want to cry. Pics show what I asked for and what I got 11 hours later.
My knotless boho braids look beautiful. They are very careful to keep the hair as healthy as possible. They let you know what you need to do so that the hair will keep. They are very knowledgeable and professional. I’ll be returning.!
Got medium box braids, and the whole process was smooth. The parts are crisp, and the braids are all uniform. The stylist really knows her stuff forreal definitely satisfied!????
These woman are great! I commute from the valley because they take care of me. Average time they finish my braids is only 30min! I keep coming back for different styles and they keep doing an awesome job!
I love how light my goddess braids feel! The stylist nailed the size and length, and the whole process was seamless. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for braids.
This is my go to braid shop to get my hair did. I have been coming here for years. I’ve gotten braids, weave, but lately I’ve just been getting crochet braids. My patience does not let me sit more than 2 hours to get braids. But the way they do crochet braids is so magical. I have thick, thick hair and they wash, comb, braid it and install the hair in 2 hours. Like I said magic.
