They managed to get over on me and braided my hair terrible ???? I never experienced this type of treatment when I go here to get my hair done! I tell the right of the back what I wanted done and they said ok I even showed them a picture of what I wanted done they said ok. So I proceeded to let them do my hair. Not even halfway I stop them to look and told them that it was not what I wanted so they told me that they will fix it and they never did I look like the ends of a mop head and my braids are small on one side and bigger on the other side I only have a Mohawk and my hair is really thin why would you make my braids so thick? you can really tell a difference!!!! I went back the next day after work to ask them to Redo my hair and told me I haft to pay another $50 to redo my head after paying $200+tip don’t pay no money until you are satisfied with your service because they don’t care they just want the money. They automatically started arguing with me so I don’t recommend them to braid people hair if they are going to do them the way they did me
Went in to try to get my braids done and I asked for knotless braids with human hair. I already have my hair price wasn’t a problem, but they kept trying to force me to use braiding hair that I told them was not good for my scalp. it was not good for my hair And then they started to speak in their language about what I was asking for as if I was a problem or being difficult but I am the customer -0 out of -0 I would never come back. They didn’t even have a braider there for me to braid my hair , the women in there was so aggressive never again .
Dig your hand in the bowl & that's what you get, they make their own prices. They don't shampoo, so do it before you go. Haven't been in awhile so things might have changed ????????♀️
Called Friday 3/8/24 to see if I could schedule an Appointment for Sunday, but she said they are available, to just come in they open at 10am.
I came in @ 9:20 early because the online postings said 9:30. It is now 10:30am lights are off, doors locked, and I have tried calling multiple times but no answer.
I’ve successfully making early appointments before, but they have been late every time.
This place need to be closed down permanently!! I called them to ask if i can come and get my hair braided (6 cornrows straight back) she said to come in .. I went there and she isnt there there was two customers in the chair. 2 braiders braiding one customer and one braider braiding one customer..the lady that told me to come in wasnt there and they called her and ahe told me to come out east for her to do my hair.. I said No.. Then one of the two girls that was braiding one person hair. Start calling and bothering other hair dressers on their day off to come in and braid my hair.. Instead of her stopping braiding the customer hairr and let the one work onn the customer. And so mine and then go back. Every time i go to this place its always an attitude. No greeting no smiles they simply look at you like youre bothering them make you feel unwanted. I ended up leaving.. I dont recommend anyone come here they will never have anyone available to do your hair and they act dumbfounded like they just started working there yesterday.
Please do not go this place!!! Made an appointment waited an hour to have someone start my hair worked on me for half an hour left me and then came back did some more by a different person . The braids did not look the same. It’s not what I asked for. It’s over priced and also on top of that, my head in sooo much pain!
The braids were so tight to the point where My scalp was throbbing with pain. Also, I showed them a picture of what I wanted, Looked nothing like and it took them almost 5 hours to do medium braids. This place is unprofessional, waste of time and overpriced. Please take your money somewhere else.!!!
I got my hair done on 5/10/23 for 180 The lady that did my hair was really fast. She did a great job on my hair she was the only person on my head. She started at 10 o’clock and ended at 1:04 her name is Diarra. if you have really short hair they might charge you an extra $20.
Got my hair done today and I was very impressed. I got micro braids and it took less than 3 hours to get them done. The last place I went to took 4. She did an excellent job! It's not braided to tight and she checked in with me during the process. It was my first time going and it won't be my last. Very happy customer!
