It was my first time attending the facility. I normally get seen at the West TX VA facility, but since the VA was closed due to it being Veteran’s Day, the triage nurse sent me to Affordacare. The staff there was very hospitable and knowledgeable. I reside in Colorado City, TX so I was unsure of where to go. I am very glad I got recommended to this facility, they did not disappoint.
My visit at Affordacare was a good one. Their receptionist was very courtesy, service with a smile, and clear to understand. Once I was called back for my vitals to be taken; the nurse attending me was just as sweet and courtesy as the receptionist. Great public relations! A BIG plus for me, because that is hard to come by these days in other businesses, and especially in this type of setting, where one is usually not feeling 100%. Once I was in the examining room; the P.A. did not take long at all to attend me, very prompt. She too, was very courtesy and attentive, considerate of my concerns. Thank you Affordacare staff for making my visit a pleasant one. ????
As always, everything was perfect. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I was seen within 15 minutes of arriving and I love that they are thorough. I will continue to go here and anyone who is feeling ill, I will send them here. ❤️
Quick and cheap visit! They had me in and out. I made my appointment and checked in all within 5 minutes and was in the actualy doctors office for about 15. Super friendly staff as well. 10 out 10 recommend
Setting my appointment up and getting my paperwork online was easy and there was only a small wait to be taken back; I checked out satisfied with my treatment plan in less than 45 minutes. A very good overall experience.
With it being my first time at this facility, everyone was extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process. I was taken back quickly and the Dr came in and when I explained what I had going on she explained the different things that could be causing it. Very helpful to me because I’m one that wants to know the “why”. If I’m ever in the area I will definitely use this clinic, no questions asked!
Mother had a swollen finger
I had a same day appointment for her, scheduled under 2 hours. I was able to do paperwork on line, Mom was able to check-in easily. I was able to email her current prescriptions, and allergies.
Staff is friendly, no on hold on the phone for great length of time. Affordacare is highly recommended, and shout-out to Receptionist Lacey. Great courteous phone service.
Did a walk in appointment. Front desk assistant was very polite and helpful. I got in and out in a timely matter the NP was awesome, very professional, and very pleasant. I definitely recommend anyone to visit Affordacare.
