My 19yr old daughter had 4 wisdom teeth extracted. Check in 11:30 waited filling out paperwork. She was taken back at 11:49 done at 12:05. Fantastic experience. Staff super friendly. Anesthesiologist was great. We met surgeon he was phenomenal. Would recommend to everyone
Unfortunately I had a very bad experience.
The dentist didn’t show up on first visit. The assistant scheduled another appointment. On next appointment, the dentist argued to extract a healthy teeth besides the one with cavity.
When i didn’t accept it , he refused to extract the teeth bothering me.
He simply wasted my one month of waiting and suffering from pain.
Now, I need go over again and schedule in a new place and wait at least a month.
So fast and pretty much painless just a few shots to numb and get extraction and follow the friendly staff on after care made my visit a great experience. I’m ready to come back and get this much needed work done. Don’t wait like me..because I’m scared of dentist ???? now I’m feel confident this is where I’m coming..I just waited too long!!!!
They were able to get me in quickly, for not only a consultation but for the extraction itself. They do take Apple health which is amazing. That’s hard to come by so I’m grateful for that. The consultation went well but I was confused as to why the Dr didn’t even bother to come in and answer questions or go over anything. Jackie was very comforting and personable. However the extraction appointment itself was very cold. Dr Xu came in, barely acknowledged me as a person and just went to work, didn’t go over what he was going to do. He seemed very annoyed with me when I stopped him to let him know I was feeling pain. When both teeth were out he left and that was that. I have severe dental anxiety which is why it took me so long to get it done to begin with. It’s experiences like this that make me hesitant of every dentist I have ever been to. His bedside manners are terrible and while I understand it’s his job and does this day in and day out like it’s nothing, maybe take a little time to let patients know that you care a little. I would for sure be hesitant if for whatever reason I needed to come back.
Wonderful.experience for a life changing procedure. The doctor and his assistant were so kind letting me ask lots of questions. She carefully answered each one and was so kind. The doctor was wonderful.explained everything he was doing. Was very gentle. Very clean and friendly. I would recommend anyone to see them if you have a need.
This dental clinic has the best service. Front desk staff is respectful and kind; bathrooms are clean. Nurse Jackie was so kind and patient with my mom. She took the time to explain why they were sending us to another dentist. I respect their honesty and candid attitude. We would come back to this clinic any time.

I had a wonderful experience with the nurses and receptionist, they were kind and knowledgeable. I came in at 7am for what I thought was just a consult, but left two hours later with my tooth removed (thankfully, since I don't live anywhere nearby). I had pretty bad anxiety this time around and was given nitrous.
Where I felt was lacking the most was when the DR came in and didn't acknowledge me. Told me there'd be a sting for 3 seconds and counted down, and that's all he said the entire time. Afterwards I said thank you to his face and he didn't acknowledge me again which I thought was rude.
The second lacking was the prescription time. I didn't get my prescription in until the afternoon because it hadn't been sent over to the pharmacy yet. I ended up having to call this place back and then they sent it out. It took about 6 hours from leaving the office to having my prescription in hand, which kinda sucked only because I was in pain.
All in all, I'd probably come again, since they took my state insurance and didn't have a 4 month wait time like some other places.
My first appointment was on a Friday, and it was so quick and easy. Took less than an hour for the exam and to schedule my extraction. My extraction was so quick and painless. The staff was so kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!
