Best WLM Reviews

All the bad reviews listed are true and then something worse. Dirty bathroom mold.... broken curtain rods, curtains so old you can see the worn through, no lamp by bed .no coffee.filthy Windows
unmatched towels look from consignment store .no peep hole....no chair at desk....they obviously don't care......all this might be tolerated for about50$...or less..i paid over 200..... don't stay here..... it's horrible!!!?!!!!
In a strange and weary corner of the world, there's a hotel that seems to defy logic and reason. Here, the mantra "cash meets reality" beats like a tired heart in a weary chest. The room? A shoebox, a squeeze, a place where claustrophobia comes to put its feet up. Hell, throw in a toilet and the square footage barely changes. This isn't luxury. It's survival.
But, oh, the stories those paper-thin walls could tell! Every whispered secret, every hushed confession—broadcasted like a desperate radio signal. It was a symphony of human existence playing on repeat, every night, from either side. You pay a pittance, and you get a seat in this twisted theatre of life.
My only gripe? The floor. Amidst the cosmic irony of it all, a little attention to cleanliness wouldn’t have gone amiss. I mean, is a brief tango with a vacuum cleaner too much to ask for? But then again, in this place of unexpected revelations and unabashed truths, maybe it was just another layer to the story.
Absolutely the rudest staff I have ever met. My boyfriend paid for our room Well I waited in the car we got to the room it’s not like you’re in the batteries were dead And there was no microwave so I went to the front desk to ask for new batteries in to see if they could warm my food up the lady started screaming at me that they did not allow visitors and that I must leave right away even though I told her I am the one that paid for the room and that my boyfriend is in the room. She continued to yell at me and told me I must live so I had him call the front desk and tell him that I was staying with them and if they needed to relax. The lady would not hear it and told me I had to leave right now she would not give me my money back and she was rude for no reason I’m pregnant and she made me go homeless.Every time I go to the woman is so rude but the man is really nice every time I’ve been there when he’s working he tells me that visitors must sign a sheet and she told me that there’s absolutely no visitors.Which I wasn’t visiting I was staying in the room as well then they told him it was $20 extra for one other person to stay in a room with him so I paid 85 $ For two people to stay in one room and another $20 for the deposit
Check-in took an hour and a half due to staff incompetence and inability to use their own equipment. We ended up having to go to an ATM and pay in cash. Room was tiny but clean enough. Inadequate lighting. Unable to read even 2 feet from the rooms only lamp. Shower uninviting. I was told this was a handicap accessible room. It was not. I had to go elsewhere to shower. Nice tv, refrigerator and small microwave. Bed reasonably comfortable.
I'm not even sure they cleaned our room before we checked in and housekeeping didn't check in during the day. In a motel with so few rooms a quick pop in and tidy/replace used towels isn't out of the question as well as it is an industry standard. The rooms are small, but well laid out in how they use the space. They are a little outdated which isn't a big deal, however the walls are paper thin (light sleepers beware) and right next to a fire station. The lack of detail in cleanliness, lack of hot water, and acting like an apartment building while trying to be a motel gets me. Do not bring children, this is not a child friendly area.
Do not stay here.
When we pulled up there were 3 cop cars, and people arguing. We watched from our car as a woman was dragged out in handcuffs. The room was very small, smelled strongly of smoke, and there was black hair in the bed and bathroom. The shower took 5 minutes to warm up. Overall, the hotel was very outdated and appeared dirty. We originally thought it would be worth the cheap price, but it is not worth it.
Rooms are small. I have had better service. But they Kool. Kwik trip, taco John's, super buffet China restaurant are all in walking distance and LaCrosse is fine for a visit.
Place smells like smoke, our room was tiny but the bed was clean and it had everything we needed. Place seems very shady, there was a cop asking one of the guests there some questions when we got there. Very expensive for what you get. Curtains aren't dark enough, fridge is noisy, walls paper thin, etc.
