I walked into the affinity clinic being a tourist in Galveston. Was ill with a sinus infection and far from home. I was greeted warmly and promptly by the front desk. The nurse took me back and the doctor was at the door quickly. They listened to me closely , assessed my condition and offered me a an immediate plan.
I’m very grateful for efficient, prompt and positive care. Felt better within 24 hours.
I recommend this clinic 100% and more!
The staff were very kind and nice to me throughout my whole visit! I started the process online, they gave me very great information and took the time to look up
my insurance to make sure they took it! Also when i arrive the receptionist was very welcoming and the nurse explained everything what we were going to do in my visit. She was very nice and made me comfortable. The PA that took care of me checked everything on me and told me what test they were running and she would let me know when the results were back! She contacted me in the time frame she had told me and let me know my results! I am from Arkansas and had just got off of a cruise and had no idea who to go see for my illness and they did a great job taking care of me!! Thank you all!!!
Love this urgent care !!! Front desk staff was so helpful and friendly and I was seen immediately. The doctor and nurse were professional and so sweet. Doctor took his time listened to me and responded with answers I understood. I will definitely use again ❤️
My husband and I got RHINOVIRUS right before my son's wedding! This was the 2nd time I have been to Affinity Galveston. The last time, I had been sick for over a month. I really needed the empathy they showed me there. Especially this visit! They loaded us both up with steroid and B12 shots and lots of medicine. The wedding was beautiful, and we really enjoyed ourselves and did not cough our way through it. I can never say thank you enough! I have found my clinic on the island!
Hands down the best urgent care I have ever been to!! Every single person on their staff is extremely kind and helpful. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I can not say enough great things about this place. I unfortunately had to visit an urgent care while I was visiting Galveston for work, and I had such a pleasant experience I will debate driving all the way from Houston the next time I am sick just to go to Affinity Care
Excellent experience from beginning to end. Ashley at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. My tech Jackie was also very sweet and helpful. Mrs. Lindsey Qualls, PA, was very thorough. She listened to all of my concerns about my medical allergies and even went through my old records to help me understand what exactly I can and can not take. Her bedside manner was phenomenal. I can't say enough nice words about these three professionals. If you are sick, ask for them, and they'll make you feel at home.
Friendly front desk, nurse and the PA were very professional and ready to help. The PA didn’t waste time to review my test, asked few questions then concluded that my condition needs prescription. 2 days later my symptoms improved, at the 3rd day I was symptoms free.
I recommend this urgent care for everyone who need help w/o frustration. Good people.
Something resembling a bowling ball fell on my wife's foot. After scheduling a same day appointment, we were able to get X-rays at Affinity and found out it was a broken toe. The boot and painkillers were a lifesaver! The employees were knowledgeable and hospitable. We are glad to know that there is great urgent care on Galveston if it is ever needed. Thank you!!
