I must say my experience with Affinity was over the top!! . The care I received there was excellent. The practitioner was very knowledgeable and kind!! She took the time to listen to my concerns, examine me, answer all my questions and then provide me with a well thought out treatment plan. I am so grateful for her and this wonderful urgent care. When I walked in the door the lady at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile. The x-ray Tech did a good job getting me out quickly. The MA was very pleasant and the provider did a very thorough examination on my neck. I got an explanation of my X-rays from him as to what was going on. Offered to call in meds for me. I was very pleased had a wonderful experience.
Went in last night and was seen immediately. They seem genuinely concerned with what's going on with you. If you want someone to take you serious go to this urgent care. They're pretty much my primary care. They have treated me and my whole family over the years and we will continue to go. Thank you!

I was very impressed with Affinity Urgent Care. I came in with a terrible stomach bug as a first time patient. Everything was clean and smooth. They immediately got me in. I was in and out in at most 30-45 minutes. I received care for my illness, staff was great, and I would recommend to anyone. Very grateful about the immediate care I received.
Made appointment, was there about an hour total dr said they were running behind, gave me my test results and sent nurse to give me a shot and I went on my way. A little nervous about how they do paper work at the front desk hoping they shred paper or don’t leave paperwork just laying around. Overall clean environment and fairly quick had a not a made an appointment I’m sure I’d be there longer. Hoping I’ll get a follow up call to to check in but who knows they saw a lot of people that day.
I can't say enough about the true love and care shown at Affinity Urgent Care - Alvin. So nice to be treated like a family member when you're feeling so sickly. I was gotten in and out very quickly. Thanks to every employee there!!!!!
