Best WLM Reviews

My first visit started off shaky. I was scheduled for a 10:15. I arrived 15 minutes early to do the new patient paperwork. I checked in, filled out the documents, and I was seated. Before I go any further I want to make something clear. They were experiencing a high volume of patients and they were training new staff members. I sat in the lobby for an hour and thirty minutes. I sat so long I fell asleep. I go check to see what's taking so long and the lady informs me that I was not checked in. She called to the back and she told me 15 minutes. I waited an extra 30 minutes only to have my appointment rescheduled. I literally spent a whole week going back and forth but the staff is always nice and respectful to me. The lab techs are great at drawing blood because I have an extreme needle phobia. She kept me calm and I never felt the needle go In or come out. Dr. Spangler is an awesome Dr. Overall other than that one day. I like going there.
Bad service, they never answer the phone and when they do they’re rude. It takes over a month for them to give you blood results. And that’s because you have to be calling and going in person to see if they can give you an answer. Also doctors there seem to not care about your health. Overall this clinic is not professional at all!!
After a month of having blood test done i had to take time off from work to go see what was going on because I had call several times after 1 week 2 weeks 3 weeks of getting my blood done and no answer. The place is really unprofessional and the people that work here are rude. I really did had high hopes for this place but you guys only see us as numbers not as people! I will definitely be not going back there.
Good luck getting an appointment. I've been getting the runaround so long I'm in severe withdrawal because I can't get my medications without an appointment.
But I can't make a appointment until Melissa calls me. No way to contact her directly, just constantly being told by front desk staff that "she'll get back to you."
And don't you dare reply with that boilerplate message about contacting you. It shouldn't take a negative review to get treated like a person instead of a number. You know, like that fancy slogan on your website.
I hate to even give one start but that’s the only way to make a review. These ppl have terrible attitudes. Work on it because you don’t know what the next person is going through in life. If you don’t like your job and your job is to help people then you’re in the wrong field of work. You are only making other people situations harder when you’re in a bad mood and your suppose to be helping others. Soon as someone come in smile and greet them especially the man at the front desk walking in smile you could change a persons way of thinking. You don’t like your job apply somewhere else
You will schedule an appointment, they will call and cancel it or better yet change you to another location they is not convenient. Or they will just call you and cancel your appointment completely. With no explanation or no regard for the patient. This is just awful, and the do not care at all. We tried, but you just lost a patient to your low regard for the patients that you serve.
Terrible, they will cancel your appointment, then the staff is rude , the pharmacy is rude! They don’t care about nothing but clocking in and don’t care about the passion to help people! The whole staff need training and or get people that Care. I am transferring and reporting to state and their funding sponsors.
Today is July 2, 2024. I'm 67
I've been a patient with affinity for a little 3 years as my pcp. Was not impressed with the beginning as my appointment got rescheduled four times. Finally got seen by Dr Charles and assigned to a doctor who was working the Clover office. I've been using the Clover office because that's where I live but as of now it's been closed. This past December was my last appointment and was told to call first of May to make new one as a 6 month follow up on problems they discovered. I did and it was scheduled for end of July. I've been scheduled for a surgery that's not tied to Affinity the same day as my appointment. I called today, 7/2 to reschedule and was told any opening available would be in October. Web site says they are accepting new patents. How can they do that when an existing patient can't be seen for four months from now? It is apparent that if you need to see a doctor, you need to find some place else. I am.
