I would like to begin by saying that all those 1 stars and bad reviews toward front desk crew is because people can’t understand that they have phone calls non stop. I counted 19 phone calls while I filled out my new patient forms. Now this place is super clean and organized. Staff made a big first impression and wife and I were happy. Nurse Practitioner Dora peaks very good Spanish and was very professional. (Lab technician should not have Bluetooth ear pods) while performing her duties but this will not make me change my 5 ⭐️ rating.

Dr. Garcia-Seay and Nurse Practitioner Dora have been incredible with me. They hear me out and help me when needed. They are patient and take their time listening to your problems. I personally have not had any issues with the front desk staff.
Gosh have to interject here. A semi retired lab person here. I initially choose this place because of proximity and some reviews. It's been close to 9 years now. Being in the medical field I truly feel I am heard and I'm welcomed with my input. Even elderly (????) I have found the portal is the quickest way to communicate, prescriptions, issues, tests or just questions I always receive quick resonses. If I am beside myself and ask to speak with my PC Dr. Rambarran, this will within a reasonable time happen. My thoughts are the days of having your Doc on speed dial are over. The only time I arrived and was sent to an Urgent Care was an allergic reaction to a wasp sting which was actually the right call with guidance included on my way. I honestly have not had a negative time with this staff. Times for sure have changed although I feel valued and well plugged in for my immediate and ongoing care. I've been heard this is a priority.
Jed is incredible!! I moved my entire family over to him. He actually cares, is knowledgeable and moves things quickly to solving underline issues. I can’t recommend them enough!!
I love Dr Rambarran, but the service at this place is horrible! I NEVER get a call back when I leave a message. I could be dying and they would never know. Today I called AGAIN- left a message- no return call. My husband calls asks for Jed’s nurse and told her I needed pain meds refilled- next thing we know they make an appointment for me/ get this- for this morning at 8:45 am. It was 4 pm already! WTH?! I’m so over dealing with this place. I love Dr. Rambarran but I can’t stand the service.
I have been going to Family for 7-ish years and it has always been a struggle to get an appointment, have consistent practitioners, and I've been billed twice multiple times. Overall if your looking for a true primary care family doctor, don't waste your time here like I have.
This office is wonderful! I especially want to show my appreciation for Wendy, she has been awesome in all that she has helped me with. I absolutely love her! In addition, Dr. Jedi and the ladies at the front counter are truly amazing people. Even though I have moved to Austin, I continue to schedule and make a three hour trip to my favorite office. Thank you for taking such great care!

PA Dora Aguilar has exceeded my expectations and my husband's too. The knowledge and expertise coupled with the compassion Dora relates is exemplary.
