Dr. Anderson is a good provider and the staff is friendly, but the wait time is absolutely atrocious. Every single appointment you will wait at least an hour to an hour and a half before being called back and seen. I 100% will be finding a new provider because of this. It may not be a big deal for some, but no one should have to clear their entire schedule to sit and wait here.
I have no issue with the doctors. Just don't understand why no matter how many times I call I can't get through and the computerized answering system ends the calls. I go back to the doctor he asks have you went to have tests from referral I sent. I have to say no because someone hasn't put it in or something. So I wait and wait then i call testing clinics they have no referrals for 2mths. Can't talk to no one in the office no one answers. I am calling the days their open and not during lunch hours so not sure how to get this resolved. Ugh! Can you tell me how to reach the office, doctor or nurse. Thanks!
Dr Anderson is a good provider seems to make sure to cover different areas that may need covering when you have issues going on. We did not discuss headaches at my visit. My experience with his female NP is she is a bitter woman. Only seen her for results for my MRI and two nerve tests. It’s like I wasted her time and she is condescending. So over all I left with no real understanding of what type headaches or ANY discussion of my headaches in general at all. This being reason for going. I stated I have migraines and they had been much worse. I have never had any work up or official diagnosis. Told I am good to go back to my PCM. The staff seemed nice.
If I could not give any stars, I’d do that. I have no complaints about the wait times. But when you see Susan unless you are already diagnosed prepare to feel like you’re asking for something personal from her. I’m 33, I need assistance with mobility. My primary care, rheumatologist, cardiologist, you name it they have ALL told me I need to be under a neurologist. So she took 2 year old test results and dismissed me from the appointment. I was hospitalized recently.
There’s doctors who forget that it maybe their JOB, but it is YOUR LIFE. Disregarding a patient while saying Yeah you can have a condition without positive test results, is CRAZY.
Anderson was GREAT. But Susan is the worst.
The office staff and Dr. Anderson are amazing. Susan Bracey however has the worst bedside manner. She told me to pick between two medicines that Dr. Anderson had me one that worked for my migraines. When I asked why she said because why have both if one works better. One to stop the headache before it turns into a migraine and the other was for a last ditch effort to get rid of a migraine before I have to go to the hospital. I will gladly wait 3 hours for Dr. Anderson rather than see her again.
I can not say enough good things about Dr. Anderson, Susan, and their staff.
My first visit I was initially skeptical because the office is slightly dated BUT this just goes to show you can’t judge a book by its cover.
Dr. Anderson was thorough and quick witted. With in moments of starting my exam I felt a sense of confidence because it was clear he KNOWS what he’s doing! And he’s willing to do the legwork to make sure my next doctor has a full picture not just paintbrushes and paint.
Every time I call or have a question or problem they’re quick to help or get me to who I need to talk to.
I LOVE having a doctors office that follows up with me before I have to follow up with them.
So I have been going to Dr. Anderson since February and honestly, I'm looking for a new neuro. It's hard as hell to get someone on the phone, they refuse to give me more than a single month of meds and don't call in refills until I call/visit them. I can't even find an email or website for them. My concerns get brushed off and minimal, common things get blown out of proportion. I'm looking at having to drive almost an hour to find someone else and am honestly okay with it
I have been here multiple times and there can be a little bit of a wait but my care here has been great. The doctor and nurses are friendly and attentive. There was an issue with my referral on the part of my insurance and the staff attended to it right away and made sure I wouldn’t needlessly have to pay for anything out of pocket. I have had doctors that didn’t really listen to me but Dr. Anderson isn’t like that, he listened to me and provided positive feedback and ordered the tests required to find out what was going on.
