Poor practice management and patient communication undermines confidence in providers. Everything from the overly complicated phone system, to the patient portal, to post-procedure prescriptions was aggravating. The providers were friendly, and seemed skilled. But everything else about my experience was unsatisfactory. Results and procedures were not adequately explained (even after multiple requests), but the desk made certain to collect payment in advance. They get high marks for billing! I was referred by a friend, and made an appointment because the location is closer than my last provider. But, if you can't do the most basic patient communication right, how can you trust the practice when they pick up a scalpel? I'm transferring my care back to US Dermatology.
I am here now. It's an hour and 15 min past my appointment time. There are 3 portable air conditioners in the waiting room bring a blanket or a coat so you don't get a sore throat. People have to keep stepping outside because its too cold. The building is under construction so it's dangerous you can get hurt in the building going to the office. I have nothing good to say about this place. Go anywhere else! The staff is rude no point in this.
Dr. Viola was knowledgeable. Excellent communication skills. I enjoyed my appointment with her. Front office was on top of everything. Recommended!
Victoria Viola was terrific. She was expedient and took care of the problem areas immediately. My only complaint was the 40 minute wait which is problematic since they have a policy against patients being late.

Dr Viola was very professional and very nice. She did a thorough dermatology body exam with freeze spray where needed and a biopsy for me. I would highly recommend her and her nurse.
