Wow, just wow. I took a dear friend to this place today. This friend is 79 yrs old, she is full of arthritis and it is extremely difficult to walk. But she is a wonderful lady and uses a stand-up walker and tries her absolute hardest to keep herself moving despite the challenges of age and arthritis. As I am helping her in the door. Oh ya, they do not. Have an automatic door for physically challenged persons. So, because it was a bit of a wall from the car, my friend asked me if she could sit in the walker, and I push her. We come to the door, and because it is not automatic, I was pushing this clearly disabled person in a walker, which is awkward. I struggle to open the door and push/pull her into the office. The whole time, four ladies behind the counter were watching us!!! It took me a good minute and a half while they stood and sat there not offering any help!!! This is incredible! This is a supposed medical facility. Then I left her as I went back to my car to get my wife. We took a good ten 15 minutes for us to go back to the office to wait for our friend. Assuming she would be in back with a doctor by now. When we came in she was still standing at the counter trying to fill out this electronic form that she was CLEARLY HAVING ISSUES READING AND WORKING!!!!. she was nearly in tears! I came in and helped her quickly through the items by reading to her and when she give the answer I would select it for her since her full cramped up arthritis hand could early hold the pen. I am so utterly disgusted and appalled by the treatment of this lady and by the gross blatant ignoring of her plight. If I ran this place anyone who has such disregard for anyone in such obvious need would be fired on the spot. This was my doc office too. Not after today.
I am so grateful to Shanon, Liz and Savannah at the Anthem office. They went above and beyond to make sure I received the absolute best care. My situation is very unique and Shanon and Liz were relentless in making necessary calls and doing research beyond what was required to help me. I cannot say enough how amazing they are!!
Awful! I have been going there for about two years. Trying to schedule appointments and actually speak to the office is horrendous. Good luck trying to get anyone as an existing patient (and that is after the phone system upgrade about 6 months ago). The person I saw left the firm, so they cancelled my annual visit in November (understandable). I finally after several attempts spoke to someone, and then they said that I need to book my annual skin check out in 2025, as they have no available visits in 2024. Three months, and no available open slots. I will be looking elsewhere for a reliable Dr. and office, and I would recommend you do as well.
PA Savannah was personable, great bedside manner and a professional provider. MA’s were fantastic! Front desk ladies were awesome And friendly! Great office, will be recommending to family and friends!
Five star. Savanna was awesome. Very professional, very friendly, very knowledgeable, took her time and answered all my concerns. I would recommend Savanna to everyone. Told my daughter about her and my daughter is gonna start going to Savanna. The lady's at the front desk were very friendly and attentive.
Jacqueline did a great job doing the full body scan. Very professional and pleasant. She explained everything she observed very well. It was quick and easy.
My second visit with Savannah. Professional, very knowledgeable and answers all of my questions. Provided skin safety education. Highly recommend!
