I was only with the provider for a total of six minutes. She didn’t take time to listen to what I wanted to say. She cut me off, looked at the problem for a second, and immediately jumped to what she stated were “expensive” prescription options. I asked to have a conversation about non-pharmacological treatments and she told me no more than what Google told me. There was no interest in my subjective symptoms, she was only interested in her objective findings. I work in healthcare, I understand that these people are probably overworked and expected to see way too many patients everyday, but this is not a practice the promotes high-quality, patient-centered care.
Upon finding a lesion, i was able to get a same day appointment. Dr. Maryam Husain removed the whole lesion and sent out for biopsy. She and her assistant were excellent and skilled. They get an A+ for communicating in a language i could understand [i have no medical education] and advised me on what activities i need to avoid following the removal. [no swimming]. I am a US Masters swimmer and Triathlete. I highly recommend this team for your dermatology issues. I have been using them for 35 years.
Don’t believe the BS on the website that says they care about their patients and the trust we put in them. Terrible customer service. Called the office with an urgent matter and receptionist says the office is winding down for the night (it was 3:40pm)! I asked if the dr could please get back to me today and was told “we’ve all had a long day, I’ll see if she can get back to you tomorrow.” Would love for these folks to work in the real business world for one day so they can wake up and see what work day looks like! SMH
I have been a patient of Affiliated in Bridgewater for years. As a person who is "at risk" for skin cancer, my visits are on a consistent basis. The office staff is consistently professional and my provider is Cynthia Warshawsky, PA. She is knowledgeable, professional and thorough. I have never been rushed and my concerns are always addressed. Highly recommend.
I had amazing experience with Maryam Husain. She is very kind and professional. She explained the every step of the procedure in detail. Overall highly recommend.
Heavy traffic due to downpour and we were 10 minutes late. Doctor has already left for the day. Asked for a refill and was told doctor would call back. She never did. Called and asked for information regarding account in order to change providers and was told they don't provide that information. Previous visits included rudeness and poor bedside manner. Glad we found another place to go.
I will never step foot in any of affiliated dermatologist office! This is the worse practice that I and my family has ever experienced. To be specific, Dr Curtis NEVER RESPONDS NOR RETURNS CALLS when messages are left!!!! Please stay away for the sake of your and your family’s sanity.
Another issue according to their website the close at 5:00 Monday through Friday. Called today, Friday June7th they close their office at 1:00!
Just got a notice that they were hacked and now my Social Security number is out there really annoying. You guys have an obligation to protect information and you clearly don’t have the right protocol in place!!! Seek help elsewhere!!!!! Furthermore it brought me back to my actual visit, which was absolutely useless not only did I get a wrong diagnosis that I confirmed with a different dermatologist group, but I also was rushed in and out of the rooms!!!! I also never even saw the doctor just a PA.
