This urgent care location has the best staff. Each time I’ve come I’ve had nothing but the best experiences. Kai was super kind and very gentle with my daughter. She checked us in with ease and supported with a swift and thorough xray. No one looks forward to coming to urgent care of course but she made our trip worthwhile.
Michelle and the other front desk receptionist were super lovely! They took their time checking me in and made sure my insurance was accepted at the care center. They made my experience very enjoyable and kept me laughing with their jokes. They are super wonderful. While waiting in the well cleaned waiting room, there were chilled bottles of water readily available.
I had a great experience with the team at this urgent care. They were very friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and my issue was solved. Also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. Best one I’ve been too!!
Kai & Michelle was wonderful! I never been to an urgent care where they are very friendly AND fun. they definitely had me cracking up in there. they are very funny and professional. the best experience i had. on top of everything they got us out in 30 minutes! if you ever need to go to an urgent care come here !!!!
I recently relocated to Philly and did not locate a PCP. I walked into AFC Urgent Care and was greeted by a warm intake team. Michelle, was truly delightful and patient. There was an issue with the insurance I provided and Michelle stopped, made some phone calls, and made sure I was able to be seen. I was getting the run around all day so her support was greatly appreciated!
My experience at AFC Urgent Care Wynnefield was excellent. Very short wait time. Everyone was very caring and kind. The nurse practitioner nailed my health issues and prescribed the medication that was needed for my condition. She was very patient and carefully explained everything that I would need to do for a speedy recovery. I am thankful to her and the staff.
This place is AMAZING!! Michelle took good care of me with check in and really cares for every guest she assist. I had insurance issues and she was so patient with me during the whole process and fixed it right then and there . She is truly incredible!!!
This was a great urgent care experience for me. I didn’t have to wait long at all and I feel like my concerns were addressed. The best part of my appointment were the front desk receptionists Kai and Michelle. They were a pleasure and had me laughing and entiertain. My doctor was kind and I had no wait time. I will be coming here again for sure
