Urgent care for many things. Had to do a urine exam and the appointment never specified come before 4. When I arrived at 5:30 lady was extremely rude and no eye contact whatsoever. I just wanted to know the procedure for making a new appointment and she simply said to me in Spanish.
No tengo a Nadie,How can we do it now if I don’t have anyone here. Ok I’m not a cry baby about it but her unprofessionalism makes the office look of a place with low standards. Management needs to go back to the drawing board with their team.

Just came in for a pre-employment drug screen. I was in and out in about 50 min without an appointment. Front desk and staff were professional and nice, and check-in was easy. Waiting room wasn't busy at all- I went in the early AM on a weekday.
When this Urgent care facility first opened. The treatment and service here was amazing. This last time I went here on 9/15/2024 it was horrible. First of all the doctor came in the room and she sat down in chair leaned her head back and told me she was tired ???? then she threw up one hand and said tell me what is wrong with you. It was very unprofessional and I felt uncomfortable from that very first moment. I explained what had been going on with me for a couple days and she told me that I could take some over the counter meds to help. I told her last time I came the physician gave me some med that worked really well. She got upset and thought I was trying to tell her what to do. I explained to her that I'm not, It's just that the last prescription worked fast and good. We went back and forth and I could tell she was agitated. So I just became quiet because I just wanted my prescription so I could get better. I will definitely never go back there if she is the physician working. The front office staff is really nice and welcoming they deserve 5 stars.
It’s was pretty busy and I had to take a breath and urine the young man that did my breath test had to come in from home on his day which was a plus and Mike was awesome and very informative. If you live in the Woodbridge area and need to a urinalysis or breathalyzer test this is the place to come
I have a great experience with the nice people that work here. The person that took my sample, was patient and very professional. She was wonderful, thanks to here, my experience went smoothly. Thanks again, Kye Lofton-Price.
