Today was a great day for me at AFC URGENT CARE! I called to confirm about receiving a physical and the cost. Very cost friendly and polite. Arrived around closing and still received the best service! Wait time was short, the nurse was kind and the doctor was so funny and sweet! All in all such a friendly environment with sweet service.
I had a wonderful experience at this Urgent care the employees were very nice and professional. So was the tech who took care of me. The wait times were a little long but I could understand due to the amount of people. The doctor was so nice and comforting and professional. I love this Urgent care and so convenient. So close to my house
Although I have a regular family doctor, the staff at AFC Urgent care has been a huge help to my big family for the last seven years. It’s a relief to know they are there to help when we need them. The staff is professional and sensitive to our many health issues that come up. They have excellent training and good advice. They call in meds immediately and always provide the paperwork we need such as doctor’s excuses and other records. Providing radiology services, after visit phone consultations is incredibly helpful. They are very organized and send documents to your primary for follow up. As a busy parent, it’s import to know our family has this safety net. Avoiding the ER means time and money saved. Thank you AFC staff for all of your help, professional support and kindness.

I have to say in all honesty that I’ve never been to an urgent care clinic that has taken such good and thorough care of its patients! In fact, my PCP had to cancel on me today and I ended up coming here again for like the fourth or fifth time this year… And I literally can only speak wonders of the care that is provided here. They do a really thorough job of exploring your symptoms and running tests to find the right and proper diagnosis. And the staff here is really great and they’re all genuinely interested in helping you… I feel very comfortable coming here and, I’m also never waiting for very long. So overall, just a really great facility to go to. Thank you for all that you do!
Very happy with my experience, Jamie from triage, the medical assistant who obtained my swabs and did my breathing treatment they were both great, kind and warm. Nicole Lundy NP that took care of me was great and is extremely knowledgeable. It’s clear she keeps herself updated with the newest studies and standards. Would recommend to family and friends. Went there on Saturday and got some meds. 4 days later, I had to deal with side effect. Called the office and the one who answered the phone asked me detailed questions. I asked if she was a nurse. She said she is clinical then told me a doctor will call me back later. I never received a call.
My family member received exceptional care while being treated at AFC. My interactions over the phone and in person with all staff members was professional. The medical team provided explanations about diagnosis for our understanding and answered all of our questions. They were so helpful when we needed to call back over the weekend for our additional questions about medical concerns and about the prescribed medications. We recommend this urgent care for anyone wanting to receive excellent care.
Came in for a drug test but the gentleman was out sick. The staff quickly went into problem solving mode (including the staff member that was out sick) and got my drug test done. I’m extremely appreciative and grateful to all the lovely staff. Very professional and customer service oriented.
