Excellent experience! Somewhat fast check in process. It's faster if you've been there before and they have your info on file. Waited only a minute before being taken to triage and then went immediately to be seen by the doctor. Doc was very nice and thorough. He had the nurses take care of the procedure I needed done and they were AMAZING! They were a great team and were always making sure I was okay. They were successful at clearing my issue and I felt instant relief. I wanted to hug them! Thank you, ladies!
This was an issue that only 3 days prior my PCP's office was unable to solve. I would return without hesitation if ever needed.

The front desk was very welcoming and helpful! The intake nurse and her trainee were amazing! My Dr. was perfect! Very knowledgeable and explained everything to me! I wish I knew all the names
I recently visited AFC Urgent Care in Williamstown for the first time with persistent back pain. The staff was incredibly helpful and understanding. From the friendly front desk to the triage nurse who was thorough in assessing my symptoms and prioritizing my care. I was particularly grateful for the ANP Kailynn Small who took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and thoroughly explain everything. I felt heard and well-cared-for. I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in need of prompt and compassionate medical attention.
The receptionist was very pleasant and informal, and helping me to sign up and get started. The nurses assistant was so gracious and so kind and also shared her thoughts as to our head and the doctor was very clear and accurate as well as also sympathetic what’s going on and how we can help read this And since my wife was first all the more important how she was treated. Thank you very much for great service and we definitely will be back too.
This particular Urgent Care is very inviting with it's spacious waiting room, clean environment, quick service and Wonderful Pleasant Staff Members up at the Front & Back Areas ❣️ My ONLY downfall here would be that I wish it COULD Be Used and our regular PCP.
I went to my urgent care with a sore throat and as it turns out an ear infection.All of the staff were professionals, empathetic and sensational from the first contact with the receptionist Phyllis to Marianne to Cortney they were amazing and friendly and courteous.. A great experience all the way. Would recommend them to all my friends and family.. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AND THANK YOU SO MUCH…
Well I took holly to urgent care since her regular doctors suggested it since he isn’t in the office until Monday. Holly is 96.2 pounds holly is 60 inches in height so she is now 5 foot tall. Her temperature is at 99.1. She got tested for Covid and strep. She tested negative for Covid and negative for strep but they think she caught a little of what I got. She is gonna be on amoxicillin and she can return back to school on Monday :) She has acute pharyngitis. They were great with Holly there .
