I fell the night before my visit here while walking my dog I fell on my right arm. I do not live in the area but found this care center because it is close to my sisters. I got an appointment the next morning at 8:45 and did all the paperwork online before I got there They were wonderful at my visit taking x-rays and determining what needed to happen . It was very professional and did not take very long. The whole process was very smooth and I felt very safe and well cared for. I would highly recommend AFC for your urgent care needs
We have had a great experience multiple times here. The NP we have seen on several trips between my three kids, my parents and my husband is Alex and we have loved her bedside manner and attention to care. Highly recommend this clinic. I have had some bad experiences at other local urgent cares, one made a major error and would have killed my child if i had taken their advice so I feel pretty strongly when i choose to recommend someone as i have been pretty jaded in the past. High highly recommend AFC WU.
Yesterday my sister who is hearing impaired needed to see a doctor. I would almost always be with her but was unable to escort her this time. I called first and spoke with the front desk receptionist to explain my sister's needs. She could not have been nicer assuring me she would personally help her. The same care and compassion continued while seeing the doctor and assistants easing my sister's anxiety. Today she is feeling much better having started antibiotics prescribed. I am thankful to everyone who helped her …… well done!
I saw the PA - Alex today. Really lovely personality and smart. She listened to my concerns, recommended an X-ray, and had me in and out as quickly as I had hoped. Her assistant was James - also helpful and kind. I highly recommend this staff and location.
During my visit everyone was very kind and helpful. There was no wait time. The nurse practitioner on duty was very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything throughly. This is my second time coming here for my son and the service is always great. I will continue to come here when needed.
Everything went well except for the front desk. When I arrived to check in, he never smiled, greeted, or even looked at me. After making a payment, I asked for a receipt. He was staring at his screen and kept silent for like 10 seconds. I said “hello?”. Then the receipt was printed out. He blindly passed it to me. He didn’t say a word and his eyes never moved out of his screen. Is he a machine?
We were asked to pay $165 upfront, only to be sent away without any meaningful assistance. We've had to visit three different locations without a clear reason, causing unnecessary frustration. There was no doctor present—only an entry level individual who seemed ill-equipped to address basic health concerns. There should be proper protocols, checks, and balances in place to ensure patients are treated with the care and professionalism they deserve. I strongly recommend not paying until you receive an actual consultation with a qualified professional and a clear treatment plan
