I came it to get my finger examined because I slammed it in the door and the staff took really good care of me. The Doctor Aneesha was so nice and made sure I was okay the entire time because the procedure that had to be done was very painful. I really appreciate her trying to be as gentle as possible and not rough like other doctors can be. The entire staff was very nice and the place was nice and clean and I didn’t have to wait long at all.
Amazing staff and amazing service. I went here to get my ears flushed and it was such a smooth process. The medical assistant (I think her name was Jessica) was very professional and made my experience throughout the whole process smooth and fun. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s reading this.
The office is easily accessible from the in-front parking. The staff was professional, polite and efficient. I was seen within 15-20 minutes without an appointment. I was carefully examined and x-rays taken. ***Note - I confirmed with my insurance that this provider was covered for the visit and possible x-rays. All around good experience.
Dr. Brown basically brushed my son off today as if what he was being seen for wasting important or serious. My 5 yr old fell face first at school and had a HUGE knot on his face close to the temple. I didn't go to the ER because I knew urgent care would be faster but I should have. They probably would have showed more compassion and empathy to a 5 year old. I usually like this urgent care but if he is going to be the new Dr I won't be returning.
Staff at this urgent care is very professional, kind, helpful and warm. I also liked the doctor who examined me. I felt very comfortable there. I really loves the service there. They are very kind and caring.
I went to AFC Urgent Care to have stitches removed that were done by a doctor out of state. Check in by phone was a bit tedious but efficient in getting all information into the system. The check in staff was helpful and pleasant. After that I had only a short wait to see the doctor who examined to wound (all good and healing) and removed the stitches and then explained what care I needed to exercise until it was fully healed.
Definitely a 10 The staff were wonderful. They are friendly, helpful, courteous, and professional.
As for the doctor, I owe her a debt of gratitude. I will not go into detail as to why. I just want to say "thank you." She was wonderful.
This is my first time going to this health center and Lord I am so happy I went here. The staff are super friendly, respectful, professional, caring and pleasant. I am definitely coming back. Martha and Marlee just really uplifted my spirits, I walked out of the facility with some much more energy and happiness than when I entered. If you’re looking for an urgent care center, look no further. I don’t usually write reviews but I had to sit down and write one for the exceptional care that was delivered today. Keep up the good work guys.
