I had the best treatment, Mandi thank you for taking good care of me, listening and paying attention. DR Carlos is wonderful and the customer service desk was warm and welcoming. This is a place where anyone and everyone should go to when sick. Wonderful staff, great teamwork.
I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Johanna at the urgent care office, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service she provided. From the moment I arrived, Johanna’s professionalism and warm demeanor put me at ease. She was incredibly attentive, ensuring that all my concerns were addressed promptly and thoroughly.
Johanna’s knowledge and efficiency were evident throughout my visit. She handled every aspect of my care with the utmost competence, making what could have been a stressful experience much more manageable. Her compassionate approach and dedication to patient care truly stood out.

Front staff was friendly. Office was clean. Wait time was short. Doctor on staff was poor. He kept pushing me to get allergy testing which was unnecessary. Then just prescribed an antibiotic with no test results just stating that I had an allergy that became infected. I don’t have allergies. Made me super uncomfortable.
Everybody that I came in contact with during my trip to the west islip location was very friendly and professional. Johanna greeted me upon arrival and checked me in for my appointment promptly. I explained to her I was in a rush to get back to work and she did her best to make my visit quick and efficient. I was in and out in 20 minutes. The facility was clean and I had the best experience possible even when I wasn’t feeling my best. I would definitely recommend this facility.
Fast, Easy. Was out of there in less there 30mins. Anthony is a fantastic assistant blood work was done in less 5 mins. Definitely would recommend. Ps : There a tv in your examination room
This is my go to urgent care. I pass 2 other AFC to come to this location. The care offered here is unmatched and Johanna at the front is always so friendly and kind. I always feel like the doctors really listen to me and respect the fact i know my children best…. While i may not have a medical degree mothers intuition is always unmatched and here i feel respected. I really can’t say enough about how great this particular location is!
Very quick, helpful, and insightful. Mandy, along w other staff is very knowledgeable and attentive.i must ad “sorry I scanned it but then lost the page drove away and disappeared but I give you my word I’ll be back in a day or two to scan that code so I can do that. Or email it to me to make it easier.
Receptionist was very nice and efficient. Mandy the nurse was really nice and friendly. Very professional and caring about my problem.Dr. Mohammed was also great and understood my problem immediately and checked me out so I could feel better. A+ for everybody.
