Best WLM Reviews
I went to AFC the other night as my son was complaining of an ear ache and had a really good experience all around from the front desk staff to the medical staff. In particular i was so grateful they were able to get me in before closing and how supportive they were in helping me to find a pharmacy that had hours after 8pm so i could start my son on the medicine that night. I found the staff to be friendly, helpful, accommodating, and i appreciated the extra touch of snacks and water laid out for patients in the reception area.
Staff was courteous and professional. I was able to submit all my documents online, so wait time was minimal. They were able to make a diagnosis based on on-site testing. Their instructions about what actions to take given the diagnosis, and what conditions might indicate a crisis are clear and easy to understand.
I’ve been to AFC for TB tests but this is my first sick visit. The front office staff has always been welcoming. I was registered and seen in a timely manner. The physician took time to hear my concerns regarding different medications because of my history. I really appreciated that! I never felt pushed or rushed. I would definitely recommend this office.
I saw the PA, he was good and nice. The staff were all pretty nice as well. The wait was a little long but had a steady flow of patients.
I was happy with the service and the waiting time was acceptable. I had an appointment which helped. My only complaint is waiting room management. A patient was coughing non stop and nobody told him to wear a mask. There is small sign encouraging people to wear a mask when they're sick but that needs to be enforced.
We were able to make an online appointment and we were taken back earlier than expected. The nurse was very helpful and professional. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and thorough.
On a lighter note, I’m sure waiting time can vary depending on demand and they had complimentary water and snacks.
Visited the West Chester location on Aug 14th. I was greeted with a friendly smile and brought back immediately upon finishing required paperwork. The medical assistant was attentive and professional. Wendy was excellent and examined my wound and explained the procedure before stitching got underway. She patiently answered questions and concerns. Additionally the office and examination room were clean and orderly. A very positive experience.
I don't do very many reviews but I have had multiple very positive experiences at the AFC urgent care in West Chester. The most recent visit was for myself, I have also brought my kids and my father-in-law there.
The front desk staff is great.
Doctors and PA's are great.
