Fantastic experience! I was a first timer and they processed my paperwork quickly saw a doctor and was on my way. Took a little more than an hour.. I had a flight to catch later that day and felt a ton better before I even walked on the plane, Everyone was extremely nice helpful and I highly recommend.
I really appreciate the follow-up call from the urgent care center. It's rare for healthcare providers to make the effort to follow up with their patients after a visit, and it shows a genuine commitment to patient care. It made me feel valued and reassured that they are truly concerned about my well-being, beyond just the immediate treatment. This level of attention is something I don't often experience, and it has definitely left a positive impression on me.
I had a great experience at AFC Urgent Care. The X-ray tech, Arnold, and the entire staff were amazing. They were friendly, efficient, and made me feel comfortable. The provider was attentive and took the time to address my concerns. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience at this location today. I was called in quickly and seen by a doctor promptly. Everyone was so kind but especially the doctor. Often times it feels like doctors don’t really want to listen to you but this doctor was so thorough and really listened to everything I had to say. I will be returning to this location if I need care in the future! Thanks!
Everyone was super nice from the front desk to the nurse and Dr that I had. Everyone was very nice and caring. I made the appointment online but It was fast too. I was in and out. I’ll definitely come again here when I need to go to an urgent care.
Both times I’ve been here for my siblings they’ve been great. Fast service and nice staff. The medical assistant Ivan was really GREAT! He made everything comfortable for us and handled blood draws so well!

Worst experience Ever! (self pay patient ) After having an EKG done incorrectly by a student in training, asking me what side is my left from my right because she gets confused?! As well as a 2D image of my chest.
Doctor tells me to go to the emergency room right away because I have suffered from a heart attack.
( After reviewing his chart notes he gave me there is no notes that he asked me to go to ER due to heart attack, only a respiratory infection.)
After $6k for blood work, EKG, chest X-rays at ER doctors time . ( Again am a self pay.) Everything came back fine no nothing of anything about a heart attack.
I called and spoke to Kelly, OM. I have nothing bad to say. She was the only respectful, nice, understanding, helpful person I have spoken to so far.
Cynthia R , is the regional manager. Hard to get a hold of, 3rd time of me trying to call her I finally get her to have a very unproductive conversation with her. Very convenient to tell me she could not hear me over the phone., unprofessional, and rude.
I will keep y'all posted on this matter, if able to. Since Cynthia already tried to just respond to my review. Also I offered for you to call my cellphone and you questioned that as if it wasn’t possible. Ps . HIPPA laws you are using a full name on a review. Isn’t that against HIPPA laws that we sign as a patient.
