I’ve been here a few times and have always had a good experience. The staff are incredibly kind and hard working. I’m grateful to have the option to see a nurse practitioner here instead of waiting on long lists to meet with a PCP. I feel that my care is the same, if not better. I filled out all my paperwork online before arriving at the office and it was easy to do. I’d recommend this office to anyone, especially if you need to schedule an appointment quickly.
Based on the positive reviews and recommendations, I scheduled an appointment, completed all the forms and traveled to the AFC Urgent Care in Short Pump to seek medical care. Given the high level of pain I was experiencing I expected to be able to receive an Xray with some sort of medical attention, After driving in bumper-to-bumper holiday traffic, I got to the front door where a paper note was posted saying sorry no Xray services are available. I went in and was told they did not have a technician on duty today but there was another facility down the street. For the reasons already mentioned this was not something that was acceptable, especially given the time it takes to complete the forms electronically with photos etc. Needless to say this was all a very painful waste of time and nothing like advertised. I called back to the facility and directed them to remove all my information from their system and commented it should have been plainly noted on their registration page. Disappointing!
The doctor I saw was amazing, super friendly and was by far the best experience I've ever had at an urgent care. 10/10 recommend and I even told my coworkers over near west broad what a great experience I had
All of the staff were so friendly, and the doctors as well. It was clean and my visit was fast. They also called to follow up and I appreciated that so much!
What a great experience. In and out. Went early at 8 am and felt like I was the only one there. High recommend!
The staff and provider took all of my concerns really seriously, and didn’t hesitate to run all the appropriate tests, I felt very listened to and taken care of the entire time!
I came to do a drug test today for employment. I waited and waited for a receptionist. Finally, a person helped (not really) I told her i was there to do a drug test. "Well you are going to need to come back tomorrow. We stop doing drug test at 6pm". There's no sign on the door or the document from the employer. I drove 45 min for me not ro get a drug test and get a rude person. I asked for the main number and I was told that they were privetly own. Oh, and I was there at 7:13pm and waited almost 10 min to get no service! What a joke!!!
