Love the service. Wasn’t sure initially when they asked me to put on a mask while in waiting room. Mind you, no one else was wearing one and women behind counter coughed more than me and she wasn’t wearing one. Additionally, sign on door stated masks were optional. However, once I was taken back to examination room the nurse and doctor were amazing! Great listeners, common sense, professional treatment and very personable. Highly recommend if you need medical attention while in the Sevierville area.
We were on vacation, and my son started feeling ill on our trip up. He has special needs and doesn't like going to the dr. The entire staff was very caring and patient, and they made him feel at ease. We will definitely visit again should the need arise.
My husband took my daughter in to be checked out as she woke up this morning reporting she couldn’t breathe and we’ve had pneumonia in our household. The doctor and nurses were extremely rude to them. When I went in for my appointment Thursday morning the doctor didn’t do any tests on me or my 8 month old baby. He had an attitude that was very apparent that he didn’t care about his job and didn’t want to be at work that morning. When my husband went in Saturday morning the doctor he saw was great, she completed tests and made sure to prescribe him the needed medicine. I’m giving 2 stars because that doctor who saw my husband deserves 5 stars but our other 2 experiences this week were horrible. Our whole family has been using their urgent care but moving forward we’ll be choosing another urgent care in our area.
Everything was incredible! scheduling was easy, staff was so courteous and kind. Getting sick on my first day of vacation on my birthday was not what I planned but they made everything so easy. Thank you AFC!
The BEST urgent care in Sevierville area!! I’ve had issues with other places having rude employees and bad service. This Urgent care is fast, EVERY person working has always been kind and it makes a huge difference! I recommend it every time I get the chance.
Care was fast and efficient. Everyone was very friendly and professional and really made my sick kiddo feel at ease. Got him checked and medicines sent to pharmacy in a jiffy. My child even managed to make it out of there with two treats and a sticker
I have had two outstanding visits. Staff up front very kind and helpful. This follow visit I saw Allan Moser, DO. He has an outstanding bedside manner. Good communication, listened. He reminded me what it was like many years ago going to get medical care. Thank you.
Prompt and friendly front desk for appointments. Excellent service, was in from out of town. Physician assistant was very knowledgeable and was very thorough. Listen , had me included in my care. I would highly recommend. All staff were compassionate, caring and supported to your needs. ????????????
