Very nice staff. Get things done quick. The waiting area was super nice and felt cozy/ welcoming. The staff was also super nice and friendly. After finishing the checkin process I was called up fairly quickly and got brought back to the room. The PA that saw me was super helpful and made sure to answer all my questions. I already feel much better thank you!
The building was new and very clean and nicely decorated. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. Check-in was efficiently organized. Wait time was minimal. We were seen by Alec and he was very friendly and professional as well. Me and my daughter felt welcome and respected the whole experience and our issues were effectively addressed. All in all very good experience. Other local walk-in clinics I left after 5 minutes it was so terrible. Grateful we have this close by!
Honestly the best urgent care I’ve ever been to! The process was extremely efficient, the staff was friendly and skilled, the wait was short because they were so efficient, and that waiting room environment was out of a hallmark movie! There is literally a fireplace (smokeless and chic) in the waiting room, as well as complimentary water bottles, juice and pretzels. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Went in for a potentially broken ankle, turned out to be a SUPER sprain. All staff and nurses were friendly and attentive. Doctor Alec (I believe) was very professional and service was fast!

It’s all in the details and relationship building with patients, and the front desk was on their game! I literally came back after they called to follow up on how I was doing? Clean and beautiful facility; prompt service, excellent and friendly staff! Best urgent care experience ever! If I could give more stars, I would!
First time visiting an AFC today and I had a great experience! Michelle at the front desk was very kind, helpful, and cheery. My medical assistant, Tina, was equally professional and kind. The clinic is clean and bright, and they provide complimentary refreshments! Would definitely recommend and come back to this location.
