The medical assistant Andrea was extremely rude and unprofessional. She told my boyfriend “you need to turn that off”, (his phone) which is absolutely rude. Her tone of voice was belittling and inappropriate. I wished I would of had it on video. There are kinder and better ways to go about that one. And two we were on a call for work which was so inconsiderate. As a paying customer that extremely uncalled for and not okay. I personally feel like she would never speak to a white man that way. The doctor Cory was very nice and professional. However, we will not be returning due to that inconvenience and negative encounter considering the statistics of racism in the medical community. Stay away from this place!
I came in because I couldn’t breathe or eat. I constantly felt like I was choking and was in pain. They gave me a covid test and a strep test. They came back negative so they gave me acid reflex meds and sent me away. I told them I didn’t feel ok leaving because I couldn’t eat or breathe. They told me they couldn’t help me and if it’s that bad just go to the er then. I asked if they could at least test me for more things because something is wrong. The dr said we don’t do that here lol. I later called for my copay back since they didn’t do anything and I had to pay for an er bill right after since they refused to do anything. The male receptionist argued with me and told me that what I received was indeed them treating me and so I need to pay for the drs time even if they didn’t do what I requested. The er told me I was positive with mono and it was the cause of all the problems I was having. Mono IS something an urgent care can test you for. They just never bothered to check and rushed me out. I would not recommend coming here unless you already know what is wrong with you because they do not care and will still charge you.
I only gave this place 2 starts instead of 1 because the facilities were clean and there was a short wait time.
Dishonest crooks that overcharge 400% !!! I sprained my ankle and went to them for my care as I had used them before and they are close to my home. I was diagnosed with a sprained ankle and offered crutches and a walking boot. I joked saying that I probably couldn't afford them, and the technician said it wouldn't be that bad. My wife informed me that we had crutches at home and I only agreed to take the walking boot. When I received the bill I was flabbergasted. They charged me over $400 for the walking boot !!! A quick online search found the same exact walking boot for sale for $45-70. When I called the billing company they referred me to the urgent care. The urgent care would not help me and had no remorse for what they did. If I could rate lower than one star I would. My family and I would never go back here if my life depended on it, I recommend avoiding this place.
Always a polite, fast, and helpful! I receive such good care here , I’d rather come here than my family doctor. Staff are always polite, efficient and physicians are awesome as well. Wait time is awesome, bathroom is clean, and parking is good! CDL professionals welcomed here for your physicals. So Truckers, tap in … they'll get physicals done quick for you!
The staff were all friendly. I was not there for a long period of time. When I attend this office they make sure I understand everything. They make me aware of Alternative options if needed. Really great place to go.
I love it there, they are very quick, right to the point, and they make sure that you have everything that you need medicine wise, paperwork wise, everything! I'm very thankful because it's the only place that I go to with my kids myself and my husband instead of going to the hospital, they're very professional and very respectful!
The staff at the front desk are always polite and courteous. The medical staff are always happy and upbeat. You can tell that they love what they do and that makes great customer service!
I love this urgent care, my granddaughter has autism and they all take very good care of her! All of the staff are very professional and nice, it is very clean! Thank you all AFC staff! ????
