Charged $75 per flu shot that was advertised as $35 but we caught them before they swiped our cards. Update #1 (1/23): got another invoice for $28 after I already paid $35, but when I called to inquire, they said they reduced it to $0 balance although they were not happy to. Update #2 (1/25): AFC sent me a notice via text message that they will charge my debit the $28 when two days later they supposedly reduced it to a $0 balance. When I called they said “the sign has small print, it’s not just ‘$35 flu shot’”. I added a picture of their sign for everyone to see.
Great Customer Service from Tori. Same hour appointment. Even provided yummy snacks and toys to play with for my impatient toddlers. Couldn’t ask for a better urgent care experience!
Had a great experience at AFC NW. They were able to fit me in when I arrived last minute, and treated me with a lot of respect and kindness. Amara at the front desk got me checked in immediately and made sure I had the correct paperwork to follow up on my lab-work, and my provider Sara was very thoughtful, kind, and easy to talk to about what was ailing me. The nurses were top notch as well! I'll definitely be coming back here in the future.

I got a pretty gnarly staph infection and had to go three times in a week. All my providers definitely seemed on top of my care and adjusted my treatments as necessary. They took samples, sent scripts, visually tracked the progression of my abscesses, gave instructions on if/when to follow up, and just made me feel safe and well taken care of. The physicians Dmitry and Anna are fantastic, as were the medical assistants whose names I’m forgetting. As was the receptionist Amara.

I just returned from a visit to AFC Urgent Care, after falling and injuring my ankle. I found everyone to be professional, efficient and very kind. Amara, at the front desk, quickly took all of my information and provided me with an estimate of how long I would have to wait to be seen. Dr. Andrew Miller was very knowledgeable, and after taking x-rays, took time to explain the results and make sure I understood what the next steps would be. I was very impressed with the service I received.
These wonderful people got me in quickly and helped me with a broken foot. I had a few followup appts with them, and they also referred me to a wonderful specialist. It wasn't that I didn't trust their call, but I have never broken a bone before and wanted a second opinion with the healing process. There was no pushback with that. That doctor was happy with the progress! While I hope I don't need their services any time soon, I'm glad to know there is someone nearby I can go to if I can't get into my PCP!
