Best WLM Reviews
This Urgent Care facility is the BEST one that I’ve been to yet! The medical assistant was pleasant, professional and friendly. The Nurse Practitioner, Mrs Bradley was professional, yet down to Earth and she took her time to answer my questions. The young lady at the front desk was helpful and assisted me with a minor obstacle. I just wanted her to speak a bit more quietly, as I’m an extremely private person. The waiting area was spacious and clean. They provided bottled water, a kiosk for fast check in, the place was nicely decorated and put me in a great mood! I walked in during the evening time and didn't have to wait long at all. This facility has a Great VIBE, unlike other urgent care facilities I’ve been to in the past! I felt very comfortable there and will return whenever need be. I do recommend.
I recently visited this urgent care facility and was thoroughly impressed by the entire staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine care, which immediately put me at ease. The reception team was efficient and friendly, making the check-in process smooth, while the nurse who attended to me was compassionate and took the time to listen to my concerns. And distract me with humor and compassion.
The care was outstanding, knowledgeable, and thorough, explaining every step of my treatment and addressing all my questions with clarity. The teamwork displayed among the staff created an atmosphere of efficiency and collaboration, making my experience not only pleasant but also reassuring. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in need of immediate medical attention; their professionalism and dedication truly make a difference!
Been to the Northern Liberties clinic multiple times and the care has been excellent each time! Friendly and kind staff. The providers take the time to listen. Highly recommend them!
So convenient and easy to be seen quickly. Staff is excellent, caring, sympathetic, supportive and friendly. Highly recommended for when you know something is wrong, the ER is not appropriate and you don’t want to wait even a few days to see your regular doctor. Everytime I’ve used this facility I get immediate solutions.
Everytime we go as an emergency the staff is always wonderful. Today my 6 year old Mateo wasn’t feeling well since last night, and the nurse was so loving and kind to him. It’s good to see that people actually care. We love going there to get emergency care.
While the cost of the copay is ridiculous, the people working there were helpful and did a great job. I was seen pretty quickly and diagnosed even quicker. I appreciate the attention as it was stressful and scary and the NP made me feel better.
I had a wonderful experience at this location. The staff was incredibly fast and extremely helpful with my three kids while I had X-rays done. They gave the kids toys and even comforted my 1-year-old during the brief time I was away. I would highly recommend them!
I believe the two girls (who may be Spanish women) working at the front should improve their communication skills with patients. Their tone of voice, body language, and overall attitude toward patients—especially those who have questions or are confused—come across as unprofessional. They had no welcoming pressence and was just ghetto. They had their phones in their hands while talking to my sister and me. I just knew this place was going to be a waste of time.
I do not recommend this place if you want friendly and knowledgeable service.
