They have the best team from medical assistant to doctor. Anna was so gentle and formative. She is an incredible person with patience and listening skills. Antwanic is the best person when it comes to blood drowning. I have never experienced no pain and easy blood drops before. It was my first time and she only had to do one. I am so empress by her skill. It was so easy to make an appointment and the front desk staff was very kind and patience with me.

I easily made an appointment for the following day and waited just a few minutes upon arriving. Front desk staff was pleasant and obviously skilled with extra patience. Antwanic took my vitals and did intake - she was an incredible listener and quite reassuring. Taylor was my doctor and I can’t speak highly enough of her! I felt like my humanity was #1 in her mind as she took the time to answer my extra questions, explain what to do next, and relate on a sincere and caring level. 10/10 recommend!
Best urgent care I have ever been to! They were super helpful and were very respectful/kind about how they spoke with me. Antwanic, and Taylor deserve raises! It was seriously the most professional and welcoming doctor visit I’ve ever had. I’d recommend AFC, and specifically the folks at the Sandy location to everybody!????️⚧️????️????
Myka is amazing, she helped me with my company U.A. paperwork. The online portal registration is very confusing ,. It asks for a bunch of fields like “member id”, and employer “phone number” which I don’t know my company phone number I work for , I work under my foreman and don’t know direct company contact info , so she showed me the company forum with company name, Phone number and all! She was so helpful!
She was actually on the phone helping another customer , on her computer and taking my drivers license and , giving me company info sheet. All very quickly ! She was working the front desk and all other U.A. Tecks were already off work or busy ,.
So she was also certified as a U.A teck , she said she was going to have to give me the U.A. And leave the front desk ,. So luckily the onsite security guard just came in for his shift “Erwin” ,. She asked him to get behind the computer desk and run from desk while she gave me the analysis ,. So he took over at the urgent care !
These two employees worked together as a great kind, welcoming ,hard working, helpful, multitasking, informative, team!
I had a very positive visit at this urgent care clinic ! These two made my day ! The coffee at this clinic is really good with cream and sugar available! After the UA I took a seat in the lobby because it was evening rush hour, I figured they helped me

Filling out review I spilled my coffee in the lobby , I figured she might be irritated , instead she said I got it ! , she came out with a towel and sanitizer spray and cleaned it up and told not to worry about it !
FIVE STARS IT WAS THE HIGH POINT OF MY DAY !

A good handful of the staff were friendly but it's kind of hard when a good handful of the staff were also extremely rude. I already have issues going to clinics and only go when it's severe. I'm treated worse at the emergency department so I try to go urgent care hoping for a better experience. I was treated like a liar and a faker by several staff. When I received my results for what felt like a kidney infection, I also got to have it with lots of attitude and hostility. I'm going to a medical facility to figure out whats wrong with me, not to feel bad and deny whats happening to me. The pain is still there, I'm not magically better becuase your tests came back negative. I go to you to ask for help, you didn't figure out, and it's my fault? Don't go into a hospitality career if you can't do the hospitality part. Next time I'll just stay home and hope whatever it is kills me first before I have to go in.
Very friendly staff. Adrianna was a joy to work with. She set up my appointment and checked me in while helping me fill out the proper information. The nurse and the Doctor were efficient and repectfull. Once they found my problem they treated me immediately and I was out in a jiffy.
This was the best experience I have ever had in dealing With a medical facility. The staff was incredibly nice and caring. Huge shout out to Jack, Joseph, and the intake nurse whose name unfortunately I can’t remember, but she was really nice too. Definitely a five star
The staff was amazing. I went in for my vaccines and tb test for school. They had me in and out within 30 mins. Tiffani was amazing when drawing my blood. She was very gentle and friendly. Would highly recommend coming here to get care
