This is by far the worst urgent care I have ever been to. I recently visited with my sick toddler to have a strep test completed. They stated they were sending in the throat culture and to call in 2-3 days for the results. I called each day since day 2, the first two days they said they had no results. I have tried to call for an entire day and no one answers the phone. I still have not heard about the results! It took many tries to get through to anyone any time I have called. A previous experience I had there was terrible as well. When my toddler was 2 weeks old we ended up with COVID and the physician called to tell me to avoid being around my newborn and I should not be breastfeeding her at this age, and didn't I think she was old enough to stop that! I was baffled by this being she was only 2 weeks old. Clearly the physician was not listening. The wait is always extremely long even when you "reserve your spot in line" and check in.
I don't usually write reviews ,but I love this urgent care! All the doctors and staff are super friendly, but special shout out and huge thank you to Dr. Solis! I have been here many times before and have had great experiences each time. This week I was dealing with an awful sickness and he was able to help me for a smooth return to work.
Dr Solis, makes his patients feel comfortable and at ease. Very friendly and highly knowledgeable. Very lucky to have someone like him in our community. Truly grateful!
Dr. Fox was incredibly caring, kind, and knowledgeable, with a wonderful personality! He was a great listener and explained things clearly. I was very impressed by how he was able to put me at ease, even though I was feeling horrible at the time. The staff could not have been nicer and were very accommodating!

Dr. Solis is superb. He is dedicated to helping his patient; knowlegeable, gentle and friendly. He put me at total ease by his warm mannerism and personal engagement. This is the way medical care was delivered years ago, and still should be. I only wish he could be my primary care doctor!
I went to Urgent Care in Narberth as a walk-in and was seen by the nurse and Dr Fox pretty much right away. Both were very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, because the gash above my eyelid was the result of a fall I was sent to the ER. The visit was a positive experience.
Professional courteous staff. I waited a bit on a Saturday morning despite having an appointment, but better than suffering and waiting to see my doctor on Monday or whenever he would be able to fit me in. I received a prescription and am already feeling better. Grateful to have this option.
I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS URGENT CARE. The staff doesn’t know how to pull insurance details and you will end up getting charged directly on your credit card.
Currently , I am 9 months pregnant and ready to go the hospital anytime soon. Last thing I want is stress.
I went to urgent care due to heavy cough and congestion back in beginning and end of October. First time I was there around October 5 or 6. I was the first one to enter in and sign in. Although I was treated last being 8 months pregnant and had bad cough. Just because they couldn’t see or find my insurance details. But suddenly as soon as the everyone else were seen, they were able to pull my insurance just by entering my DOB and SS.
Question: why they didn’t try at first time instead of putting on waiting list even though I was the first to walk in and sign in.
Unfortunately, I had to go again end of the October with same problem. I was treated quickly at that time but then I got charge directly on my credit card. There was an ARABIC speaking girl who doesn’t know how to pull my insurance even though after giving her my all the credentials on the paper.
I was ending up being charged directly on credit for the second visit. While, for the first visit I got a bill after insurance deductions.
The point is that SHE charged me directly on credit card because SHE didn’t want to go through hassle for the insurance or maybe didn’t know how to do it at all so she end up charging me directly on credit card.
Now I have been trying to reach the owner ABHI since last week but either he is not there. And didn’t even bother to call back after leaving my information to be get contacted for this matter.
I AM REGRETTING going to AFC urgent care at Narberth location at 8 months pregnancy and now when I am about to deliver my baby anytime soon I have to go through stress.
I took my toddler to urgent care and was so impressed with how well the entire staff treated her. Akshita went out of her way to make the time spent as efficiently as possible by arranging vitals and tests while waiting for a room to be ready. She even gave my daughter a pen and post it notes to draw on. Our nurse, Alexander, was phenomenal! He was so patient and really took his time making sure my anxious toddler felt safe and comfortable while taking her vitals. Dr. Solis was very knowledgeable, cognizant of Eva’s emotional well-being during examination, and took the time to make sure I understood everything and answered my questions. He even called a couple of days after our visit to check and see how my daughter was doing. Akshita, Alexander and Dr. Solid made a huge difference helping make a trip to the doctor with a sick toddler easy…which is not an easy thing to do!
