Rachel at the front desk was incredibly helpful. I did not have my caresource card and she allowed me to call and get the number to get my daughter seen today. She was very patient and kind and professional. She is great at her job!
I have nothing but good things to say about this urgent care. They are fast and get you taken care of. Every doctor I’ve seen at this urgent care is nice and always there to help you feel better. The girls that work there are always smiling and always happy to see you and get you feeling better. I love this place and will always return if I’m sick or hurt! It’s a clean establishment and always welcoming when you step inside. I’d give it more stars if I could that’s how much I love this urgent care! Everyone there is amazing!!
Everyone was so kind and caring, thank you all! It was a smooth, easy and surprisingly quick visit and I am thankful for the on-site x-ray. We were listened to and treated wonderfully, unlike being treated like a number at other places.
The staff here is so sweet and amazing!! Very quick with any service you need. The place is also kept very very clean which is important dealing with people who are sick

Dr.Cingireddi is the best primary care doctor I’ve ever had. He really cares about your health an how you’re doing. I’ve never had someone more caring than him. He moved from Ashtabula out to Mentor and it’s about 45 minutes away from his old work place an it’s worth the trip out to see him because how much he cares for his patients. I have a lot of respect for him an he’s helped me a lot with any of my issues I’ve had! Since my motorcycle accident he’s been my primary care doctor an has helped me a bunch. My family an I appreciate all he has done for me since I’ve first started seeing him. Thank you Dr.Cingireddi!

Very professional, kind, and care. They know you don't feel good and do everything they can to make you feel better.
The most important thing anyone can give you is their time. They go above and beyond 7 days a week.
It's by party city and PetSmart in mentor. Just go on and grab a business card even if you aren't sick now, they also offer primary care new patient appointments.
It's very important to me to have walk in services 7 days a week , you never have to dread going to the doctor. You will feel better. ????
