My first visit to AFC urgent care. From the office staff to the doctor I received excellent care. Prescription was sent to the pharmacy promptly. I received a follow up call from the office asking how I was doing and if I had any questions. I experienced minimal wait times. Will be my go to urgent care.
It’s was great no wait time. Doctor saw my mom, diagnosed her and gave her a prescription for a respiratory infection. Great experience once again.
I recently visited after cutting my finger, and the care was exceptional. The staff was friendly and efficient, getting me in quickly. The medical team was professional and caring. They treated my wound promptly. I highly recommend this medical facility for anyone needing urgent care.
Nice doctor and Nice front desk person. They took me about 30 mins before closing and I really appreciated that some urgent cares would say they are busy for the night but they were nice and didn’t rush the visit either.
Definitely my favorite urgent care facility in the area. I usually go when they first open and there isn't a wait. The staff (reception and nurses alike) is very friendly and courteous, and the doctor is very friendly and personable. You are usually seen right away and not left waiting in your designated room for a long time. During my last visit, the doctor was extremely thorough and sent several prescriptions to my pharmacy to aid in my treatment. Also provided a note and follow up information. I could not ask for better service from the entire team and highly recommend this location.
Sometimes the doctors are different but so far my experience has always been pleasant. The wait time is not long at all.
I’ve also brought my toddler in and they were really good with her prior to checking her. She was very relaxed and did not cry.
Employees and doctor are very friendly but overall I was not impressed with service. Went in because I’ve been sick for over a week and the day before we took my son to the pediatrician and he has pneumonia. They gave me a Covid and strep test, took my blood pressure, temperature and throat but never checked my ears or lungs. Never gave me a flu test. I felt like the decision to give antibiotics had no real backing behind it. I personally wouldn’t go back to this one.
Every single one of the staff took great care of me in their own way. Whenever I need an URGENTCARE this is the one I run too. Again you guys were all amazing, and the fact that I told you I had to be at work and I got there on time thanks to you. Highly recommended.
