Absolutely horrible experience. As a women who is 6 months pregnant they had 0 compassion towards anything that I said I was feeling. Made me feel crazy and not heard at all and rushed me out of the door with lots of attitude. Would never go there again!!!
Staff is professional and polite. Not a long wait. Dr was good with my 2 year old. No other urgent care would see her because of her age but this place did.
The staff here is so so nice and the doctor was really nice as well. They make it so easy to schedule an appointment online and enter all you info so all you have to do is show up. They took me right away. Really pleasant experience when you’re not feeling your best. I appreciated that.
I recently visited AFC Urgent Care and had an exceptional experience! The Dr Louie and staff was friendly, efficient and professional. From the moment I walk in, I was treated with kindness and respect. The wait time was minimal and the facility was clean and well organized.
The provider prescribed a medication that 4 year olds should not take. They also never checked her ears- she had a major ear infection. Very disappointed with the inefficient exam and improper prescription!!!!
I was visiting the area and was breaking out in a bad case of poison ivy, so I stopped in for assistance as a walk in. The staff was helpful, friendly and informative. I checked in using the kiosk and then my phone. The process was easy and straight forward. I was assigned an appointment time, but was seen before the scheduled time. The assistant and doctor were knowledgeable, kind and answered all of my questions.
I had to here unexpectedly. The ladies at the desk, especially the lady who took my information were very nice and professional , Kelly was kind and Eric was able to tell me what I had on my left arm was poison ivy. He listened to what I had to say. Best of all it was less than 10 minutes from my house
The doctor and medication was great. The front end was what prevented a 5 star. Wasn't given all of my paperwork and had return for it. The doctor was again GREAT!
