Best WLM Reviews
Hands down nicest urgent care I’ve ever been to. Super clean and comforting environment. Main lobby really calming. Front and back staff super friendly and knowledgeable. The med tech Jay and RN Anna was fantastic at making me feel comfortable while treating me.
Visited AFC Urgent Care Ladera Ranch to complete a medical examination, but the process has been frustrating and inefficient. During my first visit, I waited over three hours just for a blood draw. To add to the frustration, I was informed that additional tests--costing over $100--were required. However, when I pointed out that these tests were not listed on the official examination form, the staff insisted they were necessary, claiming it might be a "new form." The version date of the form I provided was March 9, 2023, which indicates this was not the case. I suspected that the clinic may not complete these examinations regularly. Against my better judgment, I decided to proceed.
It has now been over a week, and I have yet to finalize my examination. While I was informed that my blood work results were received, I have not been contacted to schedule a follow-up with the doctor. I have called and emailed numerous times regarding this matter, but nothing has been scheduled.
Adding to my concerns, I was emailed my blood work results without any security verification or password protection. Sharing sensitive medical information in such an unsecured manner was rather alarming.
This lack of urgency and communication is extremely disappointing, especially as this is a time-sensitive matter for me. Do not go here for urgent or important matters.
The approach to my daughter’s illness was wonderful! We were in very good hands!! I felt her examination and treatment was prompt and thorough. I really appreciated the follow through as well when a medication didn’t agree with my daughter’s stomach.
Great Urgent Care ! Had a good experience from the start. Briana who was working the front checking in people was very professional, positive and helpful. Hisha the Medical Assistant that did my TB test in the examination room was equally as good. This is a very well run Urgent Care that is personally overseen by Owner Harris Khan who truly cares for all who walk through the door. I will be sending all my employees there for their TB testing.
This was my second time visiting this Urgent Care. Both times I had excellent service and care. The staff is wonderful as well as the doctors and nurses!! When I came in with my special needs cousin they were extra kind and sweet to him. Great place, highly recommend!
This review is mainly for their billing/accounting department.
Over a year ago my son had an accident on his e-scooter for which I brought him here for urgent care. Obviously insurance coverage and copay are the two items that gets reviewed first. Later I received a bill not reflecting the copay that was paid at the time of the visit. They correct the bill later and I settle the balance. This took place in July of 2023.
A year a half later, December of 2024, I'm being contacted by them to settle the full amount. Still not showing the copay paid at time of visit. I had to search among my bank accounts and my credit cards to show them proof of payments.
This was frustrating and very time consuming.
Treated and Streeted, Parisa and staff are amazing. Couldn't recommend this place more. Everything from infections to lacerations, katie and katie are fantastic as well.
Came in after my shift. Have felt sick since beginning of the week and after slightly feeling better for a day, I regressed and started feeling worse. Went here to see if I could have Covid or possibly a sinus infection. Paid my $50 copay and waited an hour and a half when the lobby was completely empty. I was brought into doctors office and was told by the person working the front desk that they would do a COVID and strep test. Neither of those test were done. Told the doctor I have been getting random chills and she said it was probably the weather which was a baffling observation. Also told her I’ve had a lot of mucus build up and she told me what I should do is to bend over in the shower and blow my nose until I fart. I spent $50 and an hour and a half on my time for a minute long assessment where the advice was that I am cold because of the weather and that I should fart in the shower. I truly wish this was a joke because an hour after the appointment it still doesn’t feel real. I do not know how this is a legal business. No service was provided. No reassurance was given. And I’m now out $50. Do not recommend at all. Completely dissatisfied.
