Best WLM Reviews
I took my daughter here and it went very well. Everyone here is kind and attentive. The wait time was fairly quick in my opinion. I was only there for an hour or so. This is my second time here and both times I had a very positive experience. Thank you to everyone that works there. I would definitely recommend AFC URGENT CARE.
Was seen for sinus and UTI infection. Everyone was so pleasant and willing to help me with my concerns. I've been seen by this location and has always had the same assistant. Excellent group!
Super great, caring and compassionate staff! Not in a rush to get back but when needed, this will be my #1 choice, highly recommended! Special shout out to PA, Areceli, she went above and beyond listening, much appreciated!
I absolutely love the doctor, she was very knowledgeable and thorough and really seems to care for her patients .
Wish she had her own practice, I would definitely switch to her a my doctor.
She has helped me a few times that I’ve came to AFC urgent care .
My sister was the first one to come to AFC Urgent care. I have always been treated kindly and with respect. The nurses and staff are always helpful and kind. I have come here several times. I am very satisfied for the several times I have come here. Thank you guys so much! Highly recommended!
They did a great job! Very welcoming and helpful. We arrived 5 minutes before closing so I thought we would be rushed out but it was the opposite. They were able to see my son and get him the medicine he needed to feel better. I would highly recommend them.
I have visited this location several times. I have always been impressed by the staff. Without fail, they are helpful, cheerful, courteous, kind, attentive, patient, and efficient. My situation was slightly different this time, so I am sharing one detail for awareness.
My employer uses a claim management service to process documentation for potential FMLA claims. Because this set of circumstances required verifications, authorizations, and possibly further corespondence, I returned after the visit to seek assistance. I was notified that FMLA processing is not supported by the clinic, and I would need to visit a primary care doctor to pursue a solution. I would prefer to be made aware of this at the inception, but I wasn't aware that it would be required until after the visit. There are no signs posted to alert customers of this limitation. I realize it is a blessing to never have been in the situation and thus need to be more aware. Seek advice if you don't fully understand the requirements of your insurance provider, your employer, or any third party manager regarding absences.
When we walked in we were greeted by welcoming front office staff. We did not need to wait long to go back to a room. In fact, we did not wait long for any step in the process. The dr was helpful and had a calm demeanor. We were able to get answers to our concerns and a prescription in a very efficient manner. I hope not to be sick again anytime soon, but if I am, I will definitely return here for my care.
