I have a long and complex medical history and this facility treated me with so much kindness and respect. The providers gathered along with an amazing student to come up with a care plan that I knew would best suit me. Every person I encountered in this facility was amazing and I will definitely be going back. These providers probably kept me from one of my long hospital stays just by listening to me and respecting my experience within the medical system. Thanks to this wonderful team of providers, I got to go home to my family instead of an emergency room.
I was able to book my appointment online and when I arrived, they were ready for me. It was quick efficient and easy. In a time when it’s impossible to go visit your actual primary care physician urgent care is a fantastic alternative.
The online appointment and check-in process is very easy to use. However, I did not see the doctor for almost 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time. To be honest, the waiting room was very busy so I understand. The staff, nurse, and doctor were kind and professional.
If I ever need to go to an Urgent Care again, this is definitely where I would go. The office staff was very friendly. Marvin & Kelly were so kind, compassionate & very thorough. They answered all of my questions without rushing me. Yes, definitely "at least" a 5 star facility!!
Hardly anyone was waiting when I entered. The receptionist was very helpful to assist with registration as the kiosk to cell phone process failed. I got in to see the doctor quickly and they diagnosed me after a thorough examination. Called in my prescription and I was good to go. Everyone was kind, positive, and friendly.
The doctor and staff were very professional and efficient. I as feeling absolutely horrible and I got in quickly and was well taken re of. I left feeling better then when I came in and was given all the appropriate meds needed. I highly recommend. Visit 12/6/2024
I went here after a car accident. I refused ambulance transport to a hospital because my husband was on the way to meet me and I didn’t want to me stuck in the ER all day for minor injuries. This was the closest urgent care. The staff was so amazing! They helped us with making sure the claim would be handled correctly for the accident. Got X Rays quickly and the doctor was great!
I walked in to AFC Urgent Care at Kennett Square for a physical examination required for a new job. The ladies at the front desk were polite and courteous. They answered my questions, and instructed me on how to register via Kiosk. The medical assistant who took my vitals was friendly and professional. The provider who saw me was wonderful. I spent a total of 25 minutes there. Their service is quick and efficient. Highly recommended!
