Appointments were easy to get online and they’re in our insurance network, a plus! Very clean and organized. Didn’t wait long at all. All staff were extremely nice and courteous. Dr. Ola’s bedside manners were impeccable, patient and attentive to my needs. Great place!
The clinic was clean ????. This is a big plus for me. We all love a place that’s clean. Also the staff was awesome, very knowledgeable about all of the options you have while visiting. The thing that stood out the most with my visit was the check-in process. It was Fast! And Easy! Not all of the paper work that were all used to doing - Just a quick QR code and everything through the website/application.
Overall, this place was good. The provider was very knowledgeable, understanding, and kind. The Back office ladies were great as well! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars because the lady at the front desk was rude and abrupt. She answered my questions but in a nasty tone! With her being at the front desk that’s not a good image to project. The only reason I didn’t leave is because I had great service prior here from back office staff/ provider and needed to see someone. She was be an excellent candidate for some customer service retraining.
The nurse and physician were helpful and made sure I was good before I left. They followed up me to make sure I had all my prescriptions. The front office staff needs to be more approachable and attentive. I saw a new patient leave because they could not use the online form requirement due to phone issues. The front office staff asked the person “how did you sign up for an apt. Since it’s also online”. The person explained how their phone was going to die. Poor service on that end. Other than that. The back staff is great.
Came in with a broken foot and everyone was so nice. The lady at the front desk brought me a wheelchair almost immediately. X rays and seeing the provider was all very quick. Highly recommend!
Just had a very pleasant experience at AFC Urgent Care Humble. Needed to be seen for minor emergency. Went online and booked an appointment at 3:30 for 4:15. Pleasant staff. Great nurse. Even greater provider. Resolved my issues. Would definitely recommend. Fast in and out. Very professional.
The care taker literally the lady she told me things no other person had taken time to. She was caring and smart and empathetic Dr.Olurude wow her and her nurse awesome, awesome people. Now when I went there were 3 persons in back and I was in the back maybe 30 minutes later and for the thousand things they had to for me she had me out as quick as humanly possible. I will definitely be coming back .
The staff was nice, but the wait was pretty long, considering there was no one else waiting when we arrived. I was also disappointed because I let the front desk know that my husband was having stomach pain. They took his vitals and told us we needed to bring him to the ER because they don’t deal with stomach issues. Unfortunately, they still charged us the full price. Personally, I feel like they should not charge if they cannot treat or diagnose. They should have immediately referred us out. We did document that he was having stomach pain at check in.
