I had a great experience at this urgent care facility. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and efficient. I was seen quickly, and the whole process was smooth. The provider, Luther, was extremely informative and helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I really appreciated how attentive he was. Overall, the entire team provided excellent care, and I would definitely recommend this urgent care for anyone in need of prompt and professional service.

Today I went to AFC with pain in my stomach for 3 days, I setup the appointment online on their website, and provided the details for my appointment. Upon my arrival, I checked in at the desk where the staff was very nice and greeted me well. I sat for less than 5 minutes and was called in. The medical assistant to my vitals and information, he was very nice, understanding and professional. While I waited a few more minutes I was looking around and found the location to be very clean and organized. The doctor came in and was also very professional and nice. He gave me an exam and shortly after the diagnose. Which I believe was accurate.
I was very pleased with the staff’s professionalism and the organized and very clean facility.

Beginning with check in reception they were clear and friendly with clients.
The waiting time was not long as inside clinic area others were finishing up their treatment.
Once I was seen for deep wound to finger the PA was ,diligent, attentive and took time to stitch the needed wound.
On my follow up visit again the friendliness and professionalism was at its best!
I admired PA Luther as he works, teaches and empowers his team to work together to perform their responsibilities and surely the outcome is admirable! Yes I would revisit this Urgent Care should another medical need care arise!
Dr Luther is the best. Straight to the point took care of my issue and informed and assured me what he was going to do. In and out within an hour. All the staff there were nice
I have been here a few times and every visit was great the wait is short and the staff, very kind and efficient. My last visit I was attended to by Fernando who was very professional patient, kind and caring. Not bad for a late afternoon visit.
After taking vital. I have to wait 1 hour for the Doctor. Is it urgent care? ???? On my last visit they did not give my lab results and they charged my co-pay. The manager said it happens in this facility. I can not believe
I just wanted to start my review thanking Dr Luther Appiah! He is the best! So patient, explains everything in such a perfect way, super caring, polite, and just amazing!!!! I had to ask for names of the rest of the staff that helped my son and me because they were all wonderful, thank you Shanda (MA) and Dana (PA-C). Dr. Appiah please keep up the great work, my family and I are very grateful for you.
