Went there due to asthma related issues but wasn’t certain if there was more serious issues. The staff was helpful and check in was smooth. The PA (I forgot his name) was extremely helpful and attentive! As long as you come in early the wait time is short. Best urgent care experience I’ve had
I was seen promptly and the whole experience was positive. Very clean building and nice staff. Dr. Dang saw me promptly and a diagnosis was made, and an antibiotic was called in to the pharmacy immediately. From the time I left the house to the time I got home, it was a little over an hour, and that included waiting for my prescription to be filled. Thank goodness we have a place like this nearby. I had been really sick all week and my regular physician had left in July and my new patient appointment with my new physician was not for another 2 weeks.
If I had a choice to give them 0 stars, I would. No child in pain should have to wait 2 hours to be seen. We came right when the clinic opened at 8 am, but didn’t get called back to see the doctor until two hours later.
Third time I went here in the last week. Each time I was in and out quickly. The staff, especially the PA’s were extremely professional. This will definitely be my first choice for an Urgent Care in the future!
Office is clean, organized and easy for finding parking. The Physician Assistant, Ruby, was warm and thorough. Overall the staff was very polite. They made it as easy as they could to get in and out.
The PA I saw, Ruby Pottukalam was absolutely amazing!! She was so knowledgeable, as well as sensitive, kind, and thorough. I hope that if I ever have to go back, I get her again.
I just visited the AFC Urgent Care in Havertown on Eagle Road. The office is neat and clean, the office staff is friendly and helpful and Dr Dang actively listened to my questions and concerns. I needed blood work and the med tec drew my blood in the exam room. No need to make an extra trip to the lab. I highly recommend visiting this AFC Urgent Care if you are under the weather.
Very good service and care. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cost was reasonable too. Took my mom there who was unwell and was visiting with me from overseas. They took great care of her and called in the prescription to the local pharmacy. Very efficient service.
