Best urgent care in the area. we always have a pleasant experience when coming here. The staff members here are great. Very nice, informative ,and professional. Daniella(Kia’s), Michelle(provider),& Diana(blood work)are awesome!
It was easy to get an appointment same day. The waiting room is clean and open and spacious. The young women at the desk were very kind. The medical staff were very kind, intelligent and efficient. I was seen exactly on time, it was nice not to have to wait.
Went in because I had 2 fevers back to back, told me that the PA "ASSUMED" it's the rhino virus aka common cold. I told him it feels like a bacterial infection. He said because of the percentage of people coming with rhino virus, that's what he's assuming it is. I don't get sick like others, I haven't had a cold since I was a kid. Later on at night on my 3rd fever I went across the st to my primary, they listen and understood, gave me antibiotics unlike the PA here. I took them Monday night, by Wednesday morning, I was feeling great. Never had a cought, sneezing, boogers, nothing cold symptom like. They go by ASSUMPTIONS and PERCENTAGE here. $50 wasted.
I was not feeling well and was able to make an appt for the next morning online. I was a new patient and was send the forms via text to fill out before I got there. I waited all of 5 minutes to be taken in the back. Once there, the Doctor came in within 5 minutes as well. Everyone was so kind and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised by that and would highly recommend this location to everyone I know!
I had visited the urgent care twice to get treated for respiratory illness. Knowledgable, friendly, professional and overall an excellent staff! Providers are thorough and provide great care for all the patients. Highly recommend the place for quick and excellent care!
I went to AFC urgent care today with a possible broken bone. The wait wasn't very long and everyone was so courteous. I really appreciated how gentle everyone was and not squeezing and prodding my foot which would have caused more pain. Even the x-ray technician guided me how to put my foot without touching it. I really appreciated that. We got there a few minutes before 11am and we were walking out the door by about 12:15. The Dr diagnosed me and had someone else to check the x-ray afterward and called me back within two hours to confirm the diagnosis. I was so happy with the care that I received today that this place will be my first choice going forward, should I need urgent care in the future future.
The staff was very professional and helpful. They provided excellent care in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this urgent care.
Very easy in making an appointment online and completing all information electronically, arrived about 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment & they took me in immediately. Front desk was very professional. The Nurse Practitioner was very attentive and listened to me. Took her time examining me. My meds were sent over electronically within 10-15 minutes after I left. Everyone is really nice!
