This is the first time I was asked for a review after 3 years going to this urgent care. Up until last night, I would have left a 5 star review. Nothing changed with my insurance, but they couldn't authorize it for some reason. She was making calls and getting the run-around, but she remained professional but frustrated, as I was as well. My daughter had been there a few weeks before, so I told them to look her file up and they finally used that. That wasn't the main issue tho. The nurse who called me back is the reason why I decided to write this. Starting with her calling me to the back , she swung the door open and SCREAMED my last name. I already was wondering what the heck was going on with her. I was the only one in the waiting room, and its not that big. She was extremely mean! Every thing she said or asked me was with such anger. I felt like I was in trouble or something. I was there because I had been sick for days and it was getting worse, and wanted to rule out strep. My daughter had been there before and they did a covid/flu/strep test and I was there for the same. Again, with a mean attitude she said "Well, I'm just doing a covid and flu test on you"...
Everything she said was protocol, but the hatred she was displaying to me was absurd. She asked me if I am STILL getting a period (which is pretty crazy since I'm only 46) which I said yes, and she asked me when was my last one, which I didn't quite remember and said about a month ago, and she got more frustrated with me and kept pressing me on WHEN was it. Mind you, I have a massive headache, body aches and have been sick for days. I couldn't even think of what day it was, let alone give her an exact date. The "confrontation" only lasted about 5 min, but it was enough for me to want to never go back again. I did not deserve to be treated like her enemy.
The doctors and office staff are always so nice and helpful. The doctors really listen and always seem to know what's wrong and what I need to feel better. Service is always really quick, don't have to wait a while to be seen. Definitely recommend this place to others.
Front desk staff are always friendly. The dr is absolutely amazing there! We’ve seen him a handful of times and he’s so polite and gentle with our kids. Highly recommend this location if you’re not feeling well.
I went because I was sick, and immediately greeted with attitudes by the desk women. Was there for a doctors note for work and when I went back to the triage, the triage nurse the worst. Im giving 2 stars because of the doctor. Whom was very kind, patience and informative. Ironic that the doctor has such a positive attitude and the nurses need jesus.
Very clean and orderly inside. Friendly staff. Wait took longer than expected but once we were seen the visit was quick. Doctor took the time to ask questions to fully understand. We weren't just rushed out and brushed off.
Always a pleasure going there. The Drs. And the staff/nurses were very nice. They actually are going out of their way when we are truly sick w tests/chest rays and antibiotics that are the only thing help us get better. So thank you for these past two years and more.
It was not a long wait . The two receptionist were pleasant.
The Dr. knew exactly what was wrong. He gave me a breathing treatment and I felt so much better. This will be my personal urgent care contact.
We need to get a sport physical done for my son, they were informative, kind and professional. I shared a few laughs with the front office staff, they were extremely helpful and provided a great human experience.
