Best WLM Reviews
Ever since AFC took over this Urgent Care Center it’s been a great place to go, whenever you can’t get in to see your primary care and don’t need to go to the ER.
The entire staff was friendly, considerate, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They were able to run some tests, diagnose my issue and prescribe the medication I needed. It was a fairly quick visit, as you can now make appointments online to shorten the wait.
To my surprise, they placed a follow up call TWICE in the following days to see how I was doing. During the calls I experienced the same consideration and compassion as my initial visit. I needed to change the medication they had prescribed, due to no fault of theirs, and it was quickly sent over to my pharmacy within minutes. I definitely will continue to use this location for any Urgent Care needs in the future!
I went there as my primary Doctors office was closed. The Frazer office was local and convenient. I reserved an appointment online and went down.I registered online also. The receptionist was friendly and informative. I was taken on time by the PA who also was very friendly and knowledgeable. She diagnosed my problem and ordered a prescription at my pharmacy. The office was clean. I highly recommend this office.
The staff was very kind and courteous! As this was my second visit to this facility with the same complaint of a suspected urinary tract infection, the entire process ran very smoothly and efficiently! The Nurse Practitioner was very understanding and supportive of my difficult situation and was kind and understanding! I left the premises and went immediately to the pharmacy and collected my prescription!! Everything completed within an hour…fantastic!!!
I had the most pleasant experience at eighths AFC Clinic in Frazer. The facility was ultra clean. The clinicians were extremely courteous, polite and knowledgeable.
Actually, I would love to have them as my them my primary care physicians. I wish that could happen.
They may be quick, but you could end up paying a painful price.
I was diagnosed with walking pneumonia without an X-ray, simply because it's a common diagnosis. Before the nurse practitioner made her decision, I asked for a COVID or flu test. She confidently assured me that it wasn’t necessary. I was prescribed a high dosage of antibiotics, but instead of improving, my condition worsened. I had to see my family doctor, who tested me for the flu—only to find I was positive. Unfortunately, since I had missed the 48-hour window for Tamiflu treatment, I had to endure all the symptoms and complications.
The process was easy to register online. The young man at check in was kind, and had a warm personality. Lauren and Sierra the medical team were also kind and compassionate, and had a warm personality.
I was traveling through on our way home to NY and needed some medical care. The process was so easy and efficient. They closed at 5 and saw me at 415 pm and I was completely healed when I left the office around 430.
All 3 of them were positively wonderful and not that I hope I will need there services again but if I did I would choose them every time.
Thank you NP Sierra, Nurse Lauren , and the young man that checked me in.
This urgent care was absolutely wonderful. Went in for work related shoulder pain. The staff and Dr Julie Rich were kind and compassionate. They were genuinely concerned about my welfare. That's a rarity these days. So I'm grateful to them. Sometimes we will not always make the best decisions for ourselves ,glad they were able to assist me .
I have a follow up appointment in one week. I'll tell you all about it!
Update 11/8/24
I went back for my follow up and all is well. Which is great news. There was a staff member named Casey who was at my original check in. I was fortunate to see her again . Casey is an absolute delight and so easy to talk with.
While i hope everyone remains illness free. Sometimes we do succumb to sickness . I urge anyone to go to UFC Urgent care in Malvern for treatment. I guarantee you'll leave feeling better.
Wasn’t feeling well, and it fell over the weekend, turned out to be bronchitis. Went on the website, picked a time, did the paperwork ahead of visit. Walked into visit and was seen within 5 minutes. Everyone was friendly & professional. Would definitely recommend coming here as opposed to an ER.
