After falling and hurting my ankle I called AFC Urgent Care to see if they could X-ray if necessary. Getting an affirmative reply I arranged a ride. Once there the front desk staff were very helpful. The only area I felt could be better was the wait time both to see a PA and for the X-ray. Saying that I realize with walk in care you don’t know what’s come to n before you. Once the xray was complete the nurse and PA were very good. The PA even called later to discuss my pain management.
From entering the door , the front desk staff made my check in easy and fast . She so much concern that I was back and haven’t gotten better.
The wait was short.
The Doctor was great. She listen and show much compassion that I was still sick.
She gave me some great health tips for home to help me feel and sleep better.
I cut my hand with circular saw well my finger and I went to the urgent Care on Broadway . I just walked in the paramedics told me to go there they were the best ones to go to and they were right. Besides the one doctor that stated he doesn't work there. Yeah I think he thought he was funny. I didn't take it that way but I did an awesome job and I was out of there within an hour and a half with the seven stitches in my finger. The staff was amazing very friendly and caring and willing to help however they could!!!! If I have any more problems I will be back there again!!!! I definitely recommend them!! ????❤️????
Haven't had to use the urgent Care in quite some time but it was as excellent now as it was the last time. Staff extremely friendly, very little wait time. In and out with a solid diagnosis and all the information and medicine I needed in less than an hour. Highly recommended.
The PA Benjamin was amazing! He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions!
The women at the front were also amazing as I had scheduled my appointment for Kingston Pike instead of Fountain City and they happily fixed that for me!
I was seen very quickly and will definitely recommend them to everyone!
Great team of professionals at this location. They are careful, courteous, have pleasant attitudes, are respectful of your time, and take care of your needs. They were wonderful with my son who was ill. They calmed his nerves and made the experience great. Thank you AFC Fountain City!
AFC always provide treatment for my needs. They don't just say "it's a virus and just has to run it's coarse". If it's a virus they still provide some medicine for added relief. They do follow up calls. They are great.
The entire team at AFC Urgent Care is an absolute blessing! They are kind, professional, understanding, and listen to their patients! This is something very lacking at many walk-in clinics and even doctor offices at times!!! Sweet sweet Nurse Practitioner Rhonda needs extra jewels in her crown when she reaches Heaven. ????????
