Had as good of an experience as you can expect here when you aren’t feeling well! It was clean, easy to check in, and was seen fairly quickly. The provider was great, offered treatment, made sure that I got everything I needed, and listened to my questions and concerns. I was thankful they could do X-rays too. I was thrilled to be able to get in and out so easily. I did have to wait in the exam room longer than I expected, but I didn’t mind. They had a TV in the room, and I wasn’t stuck in the waiting room, which I appreciated. I would definitely go back and take my family, too.
We have been before and the service was fine. This visit was awful. The guy who saw my son just told me he had a flu like illness and to treat with Motrin and Tylenol. That wasn’t the problem I had. I had to ask him to check my kid’s ears as he had been complaining about the left ear and his jaw. He had to be asked to check the ears. Upon looking he just said, “some wax and an ear tube”. Welp, we left and ended up at the ER that night with a ruptured eardrum and severe ear infection. Would have been cool if he took half a second to consider what might be going on in there as it related to the jaw and ear discharge. Instead we were sent on our way and my son had to experience absolutely excruciating pain until we were able to see his pediatrician this morning upon opening.
I will not be going here again.
I was really concerned about my lungs because I have been sick for over a month. They did a quick lung X-Ray on me to confirm my lungs are clear and prescribed me medicine to wipe out this broncitis all the way. Thank you for making the doctor office visit fast and easy while I wasn't feeling good. My mind is at ease that my lungs are clear amd now I know what's going on. Thank you!
My 3 year old son hasn't been feeling well and I was able to make an appointment quickly and was seen in the clinic right away. The staff was very nice and professional.
Everyone was so nice and helpful, from the front desk to the discharge. The PA was thorough because my strep came back negative but after looking me over it was strep. And the MA kept me laughing which lowered my anxiety. And I don't want to leave out the beautiful young lady who helped me register. God bless you all
This is my go to place for any illness or injury when it is not serious enough for emergency room. Everyone is so kind and they even called me for a follow up to see how I was improving. Generally not too crowded and can check in online to speed up the waiting time. Thank you AFC in Farragut
Chelsey Williams is very attentive and cares about her patients . Madison was a great Dr and made me feel like they took my personal sickness to heart. Best Dr office I have been to in a long time. I highly recommend . Wish it was a primary .
The front office secretary was kind and courteous…. then Connie got us to the room and took our vitals. She was so sweet and empathetic! We then saw a new nurse practitioner, and she was amazing! This is the best experience we’ve ever had at this location! We have had a few, negative experiences because of one or more negative interactions, but this made me want to visit this location every time.
