I scheduled on line for a 1:15 appointment, didn't see the doctor until a half hour plus later. I was called and brought into a room by a tech who took my blood pressure and didn’t think it was necessary to relay to me what my BP was. A short time later the doctor entered the room without identifying herself as doctor so and so. I thought it was customary. I advised her of my issues. She listened to my lungs and looked into my mouth, both were appreciated. She send over a script for cough medicine that was the same ingredients as over the counter brands ? and antibiotics tablets. After the visit, I asked the front desk who the doctor was and he printed out my receipt with the doctors name as the provider. All in all the urgent care location was great and was clean. My only concern was the wait time as I logged into their portal for the appointment and waited longer than I should have knowing a person came in way after I did and was called before me. So much for waiting your turn, if your late you wait. That's why I gave four stars.
Great staff! I was a walk-in. Wait time was very good. Corinne- checked me in. Very very nice. Shaunta-brought me to the exam room and took my vitals. Great! Mike the PA was also great. Not one problem. I left to pick up 2 prescriptions and hopefully will feel better soon!
It's a nice place but very slow and everything takes too long. I came just for a COVID rapid test which they said would take 15 min. It took over one hr. They should try to be faster.
This Urgent care was clean. The wait wasn't long at all. You have the option of filing out paperwork online before your visit and uploading your ID and Insurance information. Staff were friendly and informative. The PA Mike made me feel comfortable and made sure my symptoms weren't the sign of something else. I will use this urgent care as my go to for future medical needs when my primary isn't available.
Mandy was so sweet and considerate, every one there was so patiently considerate and kind. I was scared to get my finger pricked and she helped me do it with ease. Very understanding, sympathetic, and genuine. Thank you medical team for what you do, I appreciate you guys. The doctors, receptionist, and everyone was on top and super nice.

There was a guy at the front desk was more interested in his coffee and phone asked me my sons date of birth and info we had a 10am appointment with my son being there before he didn’t see it then says 2min later oh I see both his chart and appointment he was helpful after all chatting me in as a walk in patient and being seen with my son so he did very much so did the job once he got into gear was helpful helping with the tap pad to pay my copay. The rest of the staff was well spoken and caring for my 19 month old gave him stickers played with him and asked for my little boy to administer a fake test to me. Great medical staff
They were so amazing and kind!! I was terrified and they helped me feel calm and comfortable! Absolutely recommend going here!! I received a shot which didn’t hurt at all and then I was waiting outside for my ride and I was swinging my arm around to help prevent the later pain from said shot and the medical assistant who was beyond amazing ran outside to me with an ice pack to make sure I wasn't in pain. They went above and beyond!!
Wish I could give no stars. Had an appointment for 12:35. Ended up not being seen until 2:15. While I understand that the system went down for a bit, there was no excuse to make all patients wait when they were still able to run tests and the doctor was able to see patients. The receptionist was very nice and pushed to get us all in but really unacceptable on the doctor and staff on dragging their feet to see sick patients.
